Bedrock is a unique property with a lovely mountain side setting. It offers a very quiet and relaxing place for that little getaway. The cottage could use some updating in my opinion, and the dishes replaced because some have large chips out of them. Hot tub is a nice feature but could be more private since there are 2 other cottages at the location. The best feature is the roof top “lounge” where you can sit and enjoy the views and watch the hang gliders come down from the mountain. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Hot tub was nice as was the rooftop to have morning coffee. Kitchen was not equipped, not enough towels or washcloths.

This was by far the coolest place to stay. Every thing was up to par. The deck on top of the building was amazing! The view on top was beautiful as well. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Thank you for making our stay special.

We absolutely loved the bedrock cottage, very quirky and very romantic. We didn't find the fire pit until the last night- but lots of wood and kindling to make a nice fire, The hot tub was a little strong with chemicals but oh so relaxing, The skylight over the bed was a plus- we watched a full moon right above our bed. The shower was hot and powerful, This place is so very peaceful, and quiet!! You really dont need a thing. It was our 28th wedding anniversary and I would say it was the best one for us, with no frills just perfect peace and quiet- No distractions, We will definitely love to stay again ! The only suggestion would be an overhead light somewhere it gets a little dark - outside walking, But that would not change my mind about coming again!!! The host was very responsive on questions or concerns we had ! very prompt and the cottage was very very clean!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE !!!!!

Had a great time!! Wished there was more lightning. And more mirrors other than the bathroom. But loved the privacy. Beautiful views. Hot tub was great. Will be coming back in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was very clean, and the view was beautiful. While this place is secluded and quiet, it's not as private as the listing seems. there are 3 additional units within a stone's throw of the the cabin, two of which are in direct view of the hot tub. Also, the grill didn't work while we were there, which was disappointing since we brought steaks to grill. Other than that, it's a really unique place and we enjoyed the experience.

Great views from the rooftop!

The tub was the perfect temp.The balcony up top was great; as was the fire pit up top.The property itself was spectacular. Inside and out...just what we'd hoped it would be.

Perfect getaway! The cottage is beautiful and so is the property. There was a small issue at check in but this host goes above and beyond, he was very responsive and fixed the issue immediately with no hesitation. Although the other cabin is close they are situated where you still feel a sense of privacy and seclusion. We hope to come back and visit again soon with our children.

Loved our stay, loved the location!! So quiet and peaceful just what we needed. Cabin does need more lighting and the skylight over the bed was not ideal for sleeping in the morning, but great stay will stay again!

Beautiful place to stay, very unique. Owners were very nice and seemed like hard working people; at the time they were building a new adobe inspired house and invited us to come look. Kitchen had full range of utensils as well as some pots and pans etc. The shower was very nice, matched the aesthetic and had good water pressure. The bed was firm. The viewing from up on the balcony roof (which has a rock couch and chair) was phenomenal. Only tested out the hot tub once, but worked well and was relaxing.

Wanted a getaway weekend and stayed at Bedrock.Get place to unwind and relax.Beautiful and unique house.The rooftop is amazing and had the perfect view of fireworks!! I will definitely be back for a longer stay!!

Close to alot of stuff Ruby falls was great

Great stay. Close to all the activities that we wanted to do. (Ruby Falls, Rock City, Downtown Chattanooga etc) but an eclectic oasis to return to at the end of the day. Appreciated the full kitchen, hut tub and views from the roof.

This house was exactly what we needed to getaway for a short family vacation. It was off the beaten path just enough to disconnect - but easy drive to any essentials. Rick was excellent with communication and made sure our stay was as good as possible. Although it rained everyday, we loved sitting on the rooftop to enjoy the scenery. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a couple of nights while we were in the area to do some hiking at Cloudland Canyon. First, looove the location! It's not too far from everything but far enough to be very peaceful. Also loved the rooftop lounge- it was a great place to see the stars. Also loved seeing the hang gliders. House was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Host was very nice. We were down for a graduation and didn't get to spen much time at the cabin. What time we did was perfect. Explored the trails behind the cave, took a nap on the roof and hot tub dips as needed.

Cute stay if you want to be “off the grid” a little more! No TV but it does have a cute record player for all types of music. Wifi is available! Hot tub and rooftop seating are fantastic. Would stay again!

Stayed here in Georgia for our honeymoon! It was wonderful, steeped in nature but also close enough to a town you didn’t feel too far away. The property is beautiful, hot tub and rooftop seating was wonderful! Check in was so easy and I appreciated all they had to offer! Would 100% book here again, the host was very responsive and had everything set up for us to stay!

This was such a neat place to stay! There was a rooftop lounge that showcased the exceptional views, amazing for stargazing :) Perfect for a quiet and relaxing time.

We had a really nice time here. The house was pretty secluded and included a nice hot tub as well as rooftop lounge area. It is off the beaten path a bit but that’s what we wanted. It’s about 25 minutes to Chattanooga by either backroads or the interstate, which makes for easy outings for meals when needed. There are a couple of other units near by so I would consider that; however, at the time we visited there were no other guests around. Host provided great communication and an easy check in and checkout process. We will definitely check out this place again next time we visit the area. Thanks for a great week!

You can tell all the hard work, thought and imagination put into this property. If you want a relaxing stay away from the noise of the city..time to unplug ,then I recommend here. We sat on the rooftop looked at the mountains ,relaxed in the hottub.,made dinner and listened to the crickets .Had a great time.
