Beautifully decorated and spacious remodeled home that is built for vacation travelers needing that extra bit of comfort and relaxation. All the amenities of home are included in your getaway. This cozy city home located just off the colorful Grand Ave location in Phoenix boasting the most unique city offerings in restaurants, Shops, and neighborhood make up. Close to downtown offers easy access to all the great spots downtown Phoenix has to offer! Come book with us and begin your adventure!

The residence is a shared lot with a separate duplex in the rear of the lot and the front main house for vacation rental stays. Each residence is completely separate with their own living spaces and private entrances. There is a shared laundry facility in between the residences. The front main house does have an enclosed front yard, private parking inside the gated area, and a BBQ grill out back for your enjoyment.

All guests are provided with keyless code check in access and check in information that is provided approximately 3 days prior to your arrival. The keyless code entry system will be valid for your stay dates only.

The main house vacation rental is professionally managed by PMI Phoenix Golden West Real Estate and Property Management services. All communications can be made through PMI Offices

Thank you so much for your booking and welcome to Phoenix! We hope you had a safe and enjoyable trip to Arizona. Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11am.

Check-in Procedure:
You may park on the street or in the driveway of the home. Please enter the drive gate and be sure to close the drive gate once your vehicle is inside. Drive gate should be closed at all times. Proceed to the front door. You will find a keyless keypad access system to the left of the door. Enter code given above and then press the Checkmark symbol at the bottom the the keypad numbers. This will unlock the door. You may enter at this time.
Upon entering, please close and lock door behind you. To complete the check-in process, please text your safe arrival to 602-329-9531. At that time, your check-in will be complete.

TRASH CONTAINER PICK UP:
Trash pick up is each Tuesday. Please put out both the recycle and trash bins each Monday evening at curbside. Trash containers are located on the side of the house near driveway.

HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ!
No smoking indoors
Please do not leave trash bins out over night after it has been picked up.
No burning incense or candles inside the home (Unless in an emergency, such as a power outage, then candles may be used)
THIS IS A NO PET RENTAL. WE WILL ASSESS A $500 FEE IF AN UNAUTHORIZED PET IS ON PROPERTY.
No loud music or excessive noises
Please set thermostat to no lower than 74 degrees to keep the system at optimal operation. Please set thermostat to 80 degrees upon your departure
Landscape services are performed on the 1st and 15th of each month. Please note that service techs will be on grounds on these days

    Jim was a phenomenal host! He worked with us since we weren’t renting a car and staying in town for a conference that was in walking distance. He allowed us to check in early and late since there weren’t any other bookings that would be of conflict. We truly appreciated his hospitality and kindness! The place looked newly renovated, was clean and felt homey with its cute decor! Most definitely recommend staying here! Jim was the nicest to work with!

    I thought it was cozy cute little home. The only thing I didn’t like about it is that four different man came by to clean the property do yardwork well me and my daughter was there. I didn’t like that part other than that. It was great.

    James’ property was by far one of the best we’ve stayed at during our annual trips to Phoenix. He was an excellent host from start to finish. The home was easy to find, beautiful inside and out and so much more spacious than expected. The property was close to everything with freeway access within minutes, wonderful dining options and department stores close by. The neighborhood was very quiet, felt safe, and the neighbors were very nice and respectful. The place was impeccably clean and very comfortable, too. There isn’t one bad thing I can say about our 5 night stay at James’ place and I highly recommend considering it as an option for your trip to Phoenix!

    The home was very nice and clean. Good communication with landlord. Neighborhood is a bit run down but we had no issues. Very convenient if you want be in the downtown Phoenix area.

    The home is darling and although neighborhood is old and a little scary, we had no issues. Responses were a little delayed but overall a good stay.

    Check in had some difficulties, entry code not working, lights not working, not enough towel's and A/C vent was extremely dirty and trash bins were full. Property manager addressed the issues next day

    The property is well kept both inside and out. Beds were comfortable. It is in an older neighborhood that appears to be a bit run down. The coffee carafe was hard to find (it was under the sink) and was cracked when we looked at it, making it unserviceable, so no coffee in the morning. The check-in time was listed as 4:00 PM and the code for the lock would not work until then. I find this puzzling as no one else was in the property so I think we should have been able to check in a little early. When running water in the kitchen sink it would back up and drain slowly unless we also ran the garbage disposal, so some plumbing work is indicated.

    Overall it was a very nucw home although we didnt notice there was a a detached duplex sharing the property it wasnt a problem at all the tenants were very nice it was a surprise is all pleasant home and property management was very wasy to communicate and work with woukd love to stay again

    This was our home away from home while remodeling was being done at our condo. We stayed for a month and fell in love with the simplicity of the place. It had everything that we needed. Our dogs also enjoyed the backyard and provided them the space they needed. Only downside was the neighbors next door who world argue and slam their screen door repeatedly. Other than that, the place itself was exactly what we needed.
