OMG. This is the best place EVER!! What a location!! The place is exactly as described! The cleanest place we have ever stayed! Just beautiful! Will stay again 100%!

A wonderful little getaway to Lee’s Pointe! Location is perfect for walking the boardwalk or to town, and being on Silver Lake was so serene and beautiful! We loved looking out and seeing all different types of birds (Ospreys and Ducks being our favorites) along with the turtles. House was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Owners were very responsive and kind. We’ll be back for sure!

We LOVED our stay at this lovely home. The views are spectacular and the location was wonderful. Easy walk to the beach, to the shops and restaurants and even to the Dewey Dunk on New Year’s Day.The beds were super comfortable as was the living space. The owners have thought of everything and were extremely responsive and helpful.We were so happy to be able to bring our dog and loved being able to let her out in the fenced yard before we were awake enough to walk her.HIGHLY recommend.

Beautiful home, with lots of lovely lake views and birds to watch. Fenced yard for the dog, and pretty neighborhoods to walk through. Plus the beach!

The family had a wonderful time. We love the location. House is just right for us. We enjoyed ourselves even though it was sometime very cold outside.

This was my best VRBO stay yet! Beautiful property - private, lake-front, comfortable. We had the best of both worlds - Fall colors and lake-front at the house, and just a stone's throw to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown. I would love to stay here again!

This house was perfect for all our family needs. Felt like you had the quiet of being in the woods while being a few blocks from the beach. House and amenities offered were great. Would definitely recommend this house and if we ever come back to Rehoboth we would try to stay here.

This is a beautiful house with lots of space, beautiful location near the lake. It’s close to the beach and town (but in a quiet area). The owners were particularly great and very responsive. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend.

We had a great stay! Third year in a row! There were a ton of mosquitoes, which we had an experienced in previous years and we all got pretty bad bug bites but other than that, we had a great time.

Our family (4 couples) has returned to Lee’s Pointe time and again. When we’re not at the beach or downtown, we love being at the lake house. Very well-appointed and well laid out floor plan. Much attention given to detail and organization. Kitchen is awesome, bedrooms comfortable, very clean. Lake views are great as is the bird watching from in the house or on the various decks. Had a great time bbq-ing on lower deck, lakeside. Always hanging out on upper deck too. Love this place!

This was our third time staying here! We enjoy the home and the lake view. We love that we can park the car and not use it all weekend because we can walk to the beach and to many restaurants. Do not hesitate to book it!

Great location tucked away on Silver Lake. As noted, it is an older house but it had everything we needed for a spring weekend at the beach. And the owners are very responsive.

What a fantastic November get away with our dogs! We absolutely loved the views from every room. The beach and downtown were within walking distance. Waking up to the view of Silver Lake during the fall season was beautiful. The dogs also enjoyed the beach and shopping off season. The owner always answered our questions immediately. We would definitely rent this property again. It was perfect!

An enjoyable vacation in a well kept house in a lovely setting. It’s a 3 block walk to boardwalk and an easy walk to downtown restaurants.

Our third stay at this lovely house. Love the 2nd floor living space with all the glass, trees and lake. Comfortable and well located.

We have been to Rehoboth many times over the years. This location and house worked out perfectly. We found lots of room, great lake views, met our needs with a 2 year old and dog. Kitchen and bathrooms came fully equipped. Owners contacted us after we arrived to make sure all was fine. We felt very secure and at home. I would recomend this house to eveyone who want to get away and relax. It was very convenient to restaurants and the beach. We walked everywhere.

This was our second year staying at the house and we had a great time. he location is great and the house feels very private while still being just a close walk to the beach. Ted and Emily were very responsive to all of our questions and requests. We would definitely stay again next time we're in Rehoboth.

Location cannot be beat. Communication with the owners about the numerous issues was excellent - they sent us a GC for pizza as an apology, offered to have cleaners return, sent someone to fix a busted screen, and came over to assess security issue. This unfortunately didn't remedy the many problems. Layers of dead bugs and cobwebs, crumbs/hair/dirty tissues/toys in the beds, stains on every soft surface, mysterious urine smell in living space, ants/spiders/millipedes, blood smeared on a door, grease on every kitchen item, moldy coffee grounds in coffee maker, stained/smelly pillows and blankets, moldy showers, holes in drywall, dripping bathroom vents, dirty diaper draped over outdoor shower. I could continue, but I think you get the picture. We walked in with four kids who had been in the car for over six hours. The offer to have cleaners return was wonderful, but there was no way the kids could go anywhere. We resolved to clean what was necessary - buying cleaning supplies and a broom (the broom they supplied was so old it was curved and unusable, and the vacuum was an old Eureka that didn't work). We felt gross being there - which is the last thing you want to feel on vacation. We felt misled as well - the listing, when booked & up until I addressed it with the owner, stated one of the rooms contained two twins & twin bunks. There were no bunks & my kid had to sleep on a mattress on the floor (where I killed multiple millipedes). Overall, we were disappointed.

We always love our stay here! It is perfect for families and the views are spectacular. We like that it is not right on the beach as it gives you privacy, but it is close enough to walk or drive up!

What a beautiful place! The home was perfect for our family week at the shore. It was well stocked with everything we needed...bikes, beach equipment, kitchen supplies, outdoor games, toys for our grandson, and even parking passes to use in town! Location was ideal with playground and beach access within walking distance. Hosts were friendly and very responsive. We are looking forward to returning next year. :)
