Unique East Hampton Vacation Oasis !

Billy was great. He is contactable and very responsive. He made my family and I feel at home. The pool is great and heated. We will definitely be back and recommend this to to others.

We rented this property for about 10 days. We enjoyed the space and location. It was peaceful, clean, spacious, plenty of towels. Billy is very responsive and kind. We were so happy to have our two small dogs as well there with us. Great family time to rest and unwind.

We had an awesome time, thanks to Billy! The house is perfect for a group - we spent many afternoons by the pool and then in both living spaces. The house was also great for spreading out with plenty of room for our group! Thanks so much to Billy for making it a special weekend for us. We will be back!

We anticipated having a great summer week at the beach and this house exceeded all expectations. The house seems to have been built for rewarding rental experience.....plenty of light, large, comfortable Bedrooms, modern baths and great living space. The pool and outside surroundings were outstanding and the location was easy to all. The owner is friendly, attentive and always reachable. His goal was clearly to make our stay exceed expectations and he delivered on that across the board. I highly recommend for a family or group stay.

We were so looking forward to spending a week away with family and kids and this house did not disappoint. What a great configuration with lots of spaces, lots of bedrooms (each room having it’s own private bathroom was genius), fabulous pool area , beautiful beaches nearby, and conveniences right around the corner. Had the best time! Already picking out a week for next year. Great house!

This is a great house for families as it has plenty of space and is convenient to both the village of East Hampton and the Springs. House, garden and pool also well maintained by the owner, who was great!

What an INCREDIBLE long weekend!!! What can I say about Billy and his beautiful home? Billy from day one has been kind, honest, communicative and really has thought of it all when it comes to hosting! We had everything we were looking for a beautiful home, pool, grill, plenty of space and extremely well-kept! Billy’s home is one of a kind and is the perfect place for a getaway weekend. It is nearby to by local stores etc. and not far from beaches either. We spent plenty of time at home and also went out montauk beaches, which is not a far drive or Uber. M I will DEFINITELY be back and renting again - and would 100% recommend renting to anyone looking. Next time, I will look to rent for a longer period at as well. Thank you, Billy, for housing is in your beautiful home and making our weekend as amazing as it was!

Clean place, very beautiful, kitchen is fully equipped. There eight of us 6 are girl, every room come with a bath room we don't have to wait for bathroom that was prefect. Private in back yard and big pool 10 min to beach and 30 min to Montauk great to see sunrise. Plus owner was so nice I am have a new friend after few day of staying.
