This was cozy house and perfect place to stay and explore the Charlotte area.

Yard was nice for the dogs and beds were comfortable. Appreciate the early check in.

The host was very responsive and check-in was great. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay.

The stay was ok. The house has potential, there were a few minor things that were unpleasant. The bed in one of the bedrooms was stained. The area was unsafe. There was a shooting in front of the house while we were there. That was very disturbing to witness during the stay.

Great place

Wow! Great find for price and location. The house was super clean and fire pit was perfect for smores. Short trip to downtown and other locations. If you like staying where the locals stay and being in a clean spot this is it. Nicely decorated and clean sheets and towels. The driveway is on a slight slop but that is not really an issue if you have one car. Quite safe space really close to downtown. I will be back.

It was a great experience for all of us. We went there for a conference. The house had everything we needed: beds & linens, pots and utensils, basic cooking ingredients such as salt and sugar, free roasted coffee and coffee maker, tea, plates, napkins, tissues, bathing liquids, shampoo, washing machine and dryer. Each of the bedrooms was equipped with a big sized TV, The backyard was awesome with the barbecue arrangements. Overall, the house provides a wholesome living experience. No bad experience, so far. The location is an added advantage.

The house was very nice and as listed the only complaint I had was that the floors were not that clean and the couch needed to be cleaned underneath and on top but overall stay was good and location was good.

Location was great for us. We had our family time for Thanksgiving. The home was very clean. We enjoyed the firepit in the backyard and made s'mores.

The house was quite cute and very clean. The neighborhood is very sketchy. While sleeping we heard multiple gun shots. Quite an uneasy feeling

The property was as listed and well maintained. There were a few miscellaneous items that showed wear and tear including a broken picture frame that should have been removed; however, it was not a deal breaker. We just ensured we documented upon entering. The WiFi did not work the entire stay, but that was out of their control due to the recent hurricane. The home was clean, but did have a few gnats. We were able to reach out to the host and they responded to any questions and concerns promptly. Overall we would definitely book this home again. any questions and concerns promo.

Driveway is very steep. I would recommend driving up the driveway. Not sure if neighborhood is a good neighborhood or not. House was nice inside. Couch was a bit low and hard. Beds were okay.

The home was decorated nicely and beds slept well. But the two large trash bins outside were full, smelly, with flies swarming. The grass was tàll & shrubs needed trimming. No way for the backyard to be enjoyed. Unclean bath tubs had a ring around them, but the toilets were clean. The living room a/c leaked and a towel had to be placed on the floor. The 3rd day large roach bugs appeared. I damp mopped the floor with a towel and it was so dirty like it had not been mopped in a long time.There was an interesting way to turn on the lights and the washing machine. It felt like our visit was somewhat unexpected. I was very, very disappointed.

The property itself is quite cozy. Everything was just as listed and shown in the pictures. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but we didn't have any issues while we were there, with the exception of extremely loud cars going by in the middle of the night. All in all, it was a nice stay.
