The large, private deck features an outdoor dining area, gas grill and sundeck with oversized market umbrella, and the outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach!

Full kitchen features granite countertops, updated appliances and large island. Spacious dining area features beautiful antique furnishings and impressive chandelier. Well-appointed great room boasts fine design details, including deep sofas, impressive custom built-ins, large flat screen wall mounted TV, and high-speed internet.

Master Bedroom includes walk-in closet and en-suite bath. Two additional Queen bedrooms on the main floor share a bathroom between them, one of which opens through french doors to the backyard and ocean view. On the lower level, there is an additional twin bedroom, full bathroom, and second living room with TV.

Above the garage, and available to rent for an additional fee, is a carriage house which has a combined queen bedroom and living room along with full bathroom.
