Unique Camden Waterfront w/ Spectacular Views!

The (very) good: very clean, incredible view, large decks and location near Camden. Plenty of supplies, and there were nice snacks and coffee pods which were thoughtful. Essentially a wall of glass in the main room through which to enjoy the vista. Very private location. Well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and plenty of linens. The host contacted us when we arrived. The (minor) negatives: the bunkhouse had glass doors which, while they were frosted at the bottom half, were clear with no curtains or coverings - a little disconcerting at night and might have been an issue at a time of year when the sun comes up early. The same was true for the room with the fold-out sofa (which, like most, was not very comfortable for an adult). The outdoor light from the house to the bunkhouse didn't work. One other issue was a hole along the vanity in the master bath which allowed cold air to flow in - and the cold air seemed to be sucked in whenever the heat came on. Should be a simple fix. Overall takeaways: Some furniture was outdated, but what you would expect from a family lake house. Morning coffee on the deck was fabulous, and those of us who were able had a great time on the floating dock - which takes probably 100 steps to get down to (that's what makes the view great). We enjoyed seeing a bald eagle, flocks of American White Pelicans and hundreds of other birds on the water. We would absolutely stay again, and would be thrilled if the minor issues were addressed.

Very nice home. Beautiful view. Close to Camden. A little hard to find. Apple GPS wont get you all the way to the house. Bring what you need as far as shower products. A hand full of kuerigs, but not enough for 6 adults for 3 nights.

Wonderful stay that made visiting with family down the road at the lake extremely easy. Perfect location to Camden for any of our food shopping needs. Really made it easy with a child under two.

Very nice, just as described

If you are looking for a break from your normal life, this place is it. Very nice and clean on the inside and the property manager is just a text away to answer any questions. You can see the lake from the living room or enjoy the sunset from the massive back deck. You will hear nothing but peace as youre pretty far from any traffic. But would definitely stay again if in the area!

The views from the deck are great! We basically spent all of our days out on the decks and on the dock watching the boats, ospreys and an eagle and enjoying our sundowners. We appreciated the new grill, cleanliness, and how stocked the home was. We would certainly stay here again.

I really enjoy staying at this cozy spot. It's a bit off the beaten path, but that's part of the charm. It's peaceful, with beautiful views from the living room and the back deck.

I loved this home in the woods! The road is long and a dirt road, but that’s one thing I loved. The home was comfortable and very peaceful. The back deck and view was absolutely beautiful! I could live there and be happy!

We were just looking for somewhere near Camden to stay while we went to a festival in town; but, when we got to the house, we were all in awe of it. The house is so cozy and the view of the lake was amazing! We had five adults and we all loved it. None of us were ready to leave. It was just so beautiful and peaceful.

We can’t say enough! We stayed here while displaced from the hurricane. We enjoyed the beautiful view and the peace and quiet. We were able to finally relax. Shane was great! So helpful! We will come back again!!!

Nice place to stay for the weekend. Clean and had what we needed. Lots of steps from the dock to the house so got a workout while there.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home! We communicated easily with the host. The house is laid out beautifully and the outside living areas are lovely. The walk up and down to the dock will give you a workout but we didn’t mind. It is also close to the Shaw AFB boat landing, which made taking our boat out each night easy peasy. We opted to park the boat and truck at the top of the hill the second night as opposed to driving it down and around the circle. We have a 21’ boat.
