Stayed Apr 5, 2024Do not book with this person, and please learn from my mistake... I booked this location hoping to attend the Final Four in Phoenix with some friends. Mariam (host) claimed to only allow stays as short as 29 days in this location, but didn't tell me this until hours before we arrived in Phoenix and just after she cancelled my booking. She didn't answer my messages all week long after asking questions as simple as how to check in. It was a total mess. We were supposed to check-in on a Friday at 2:30pm, but the host cancelled the EVENING BEFORE (Thursday) at 7pm. Given the demand of the event, we were completely screwed over and out of a place to stay in all of Phoenix, Glendale, and beyond (even motels were booked). Vrbo support was not very helpful after hours of being on the phone. I tried calling Mariam to explain the situation and she claimed I was harassing her when I was simply informing her that she was falsely advertising and in violation of Vrbo's host cancellation policies regarding how late she performed this action. I threatened to report her and leave a bad review (hi Mariam!) and she hung up on me. I'd also like to mention that even snagging a phone call with her wasn't easy, and don't try leaving a message because her mailbox is apparently full... wonder why! But yeah, don't even try it. Stay away or you will be up all night before your trip trying to find lodging for you and seven others. Do not give this person your business.

Stayed Dec 1, 2023Bottom line, cleaning fee was minimum, the place was super clean and our stay was enjoyable!!

Stayed Nov 9, 2023Stayed in this property for 2 nights. House was extremely clean, and well furnished. Mariam was super nice, and very attentive when I called her. We had a group of 7 people, and the house was spacious enough. Would stay here again if in the area.
