Welcome to the Peoria Pool House in Peoria AZ where 2 lion statues will greet you at the front door. There is a huge heated diving pool (extra charge in winter months for pool heat) and a second play pool with a water fountain that is not heated. There is a small lazy river for the littles. Stayed Apr 23, 2025Tina made our son’s Wedding Weekend amazing. We needed a home flexible for 6 adults and an infant. This home did not disappoint. Everything is available for your stay. The decor is tasteful and beautiful. From the moment we entered the home, we felt like “HOME”. Tina helped us with the Rehearsal dinner questions and everything was perfect.We will absolutely stay here again. God Bless you Tina!!!

Stayed Mar 13, 2025This was our 3rd stay at this home and this home in Arizona was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy.The backyard was a dream—a gorgeous pool, comfortable lounge areas, and stunning views made it the perfect place to unwind. The location was fantastic, close to great restaurants, shopping, and, of course, Spring Training games!The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, ensuring we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and are already looking forward to coming back next year!Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Arizona!

Stayed Feb 11, 2025Loved this property for a large group. there is plenty of space inside and out. The kitchen has every pot, pan and kitchen item you could want. Plenty of pool towels and fun games for inside and out. It is close to a grocery store, coffee shops and Target plus a variety of restaurants. we had a 1 year old with us so was happy to learn there was a high chair and a pack and play.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024My wife and I got Married here and it was amazing. The host is amazing and extremely accomidating, kind, and helpful. The house was incredible and the backyard was insane. It was even better than the pictures. They had a heated pool that worked great. It had more than enough space for a wedding of 50 people. My wife and I both had plenty of space to hangout and get ready with friends before the ceremony. Great experience. Best VRBO ever.

Stayed Mar 20, 2024My husband and I, along with our siblings and their spouses stayed at Tina's place during the last week of Spring Training. This house is quite nice, very large and spacious, a great kitchen for cooking and entertaining, has a fabulous back yard with 2 pools, and speaker system throughout the inside and outside. Tina is a great host. Keeps in touch all the time. She went totally out of her way to get us into this house after our first rental fell through. I recommend this home very highly.
