Great location and wonderful home!

Our stay was amazing! Having the heated pool at the end of our days at Universal was perfect. We loved that we all had our own bathrooms. Used the laundry as well. The game room was a big hit with our younger one too!

Great location, clean, fun pool

5 degrees warmer would have been nice. Toilet seat in hall bath is missing a hinge. Pool lights did not work (no big deal). Kitchen was great and fully equipped. Thanks for a great stay.

The host is truly the standout here. He is the most responsive (and helpful) host I have ever dealt with on any platform. His assistance in arranging to have a wheelchair at the house when we got there was incredibly helpful. My stepmom had a wonderful 80th birthday thanks to his help.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vacation home! The house was big, spacious, and clean, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The location was perfect, very close to Disney World and only about 20–30 minutes from Universal Studios. The home is tucked away from traffic and main roads, making it feel private and peaceful. The pool area looked great as well, even though we didn’t get a chance to use it. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a perfect stay in this house. Pretty well equipped. The owners took care of any requests very fast. A huge plus the house is not part of gated community. For the next guest the pool light will be fixed.

We've been staying at this property for multiple years and it once again did not disappoint. The pool facilities are great and the location is close to everything one may want to do in the Disney and Old Town area. The property managers are quick to respond to issues and support even near the holiday.

We really enjoyed our time at this house. It was well equipped for multiple adults. The hot tub was a nice treat after long days on our feet. Host responded quickly to all inquiries. Highly recommend!

I truly enjoyed my stay with my Mom and two sons, their girlfriends and my grandson. We went to Mario World and Universal!! The house was great place to rest and all to have space. My mom was able to stay and relax while the kids enjoyed the parks.

This home had everything we could ask for and more! The beautifully well maintained screened-in pool and hot tub were by far a highlight of our family vacation! I really liked the privacy fence as well! When my kids were not in the pool you could find them playing games with the foosball table & ping pong table! The air conditioning and bedroom ceiling fans provided us great comfort! My husband and I were extremely delighted with the comfort of our bed and loved the pillows!!! Each bedroom had several charging stations and various lighting options. There was an abundance of bathroom towels and beach towels available. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed & all appliances worked beautifully! (Especially the ice machine) My husband and I are both history teachers and we loved the travel decor & large living room map!We have had several vacation rentals in the past & none of them were as well-cared for as Bob & Dawnmarie’s place! Bob & Dawnmarie really are super hosts! They are genuine good people! I highly recommend this place to everyone! Thank you both for everything! Dave & Eleanor

This was my first time renting a house for a vacation, and for the most part, it was a fantastic place to call home for almost 2 weeks. The location is about perfect, as it's not far from any of the major attractions in Orlando, but then is also on the correct side of Orlando to make it easier to go to Tampa for a day.It cannot be understated how much it helps everyone's attitudes to have a separate bedroom for each kid, and that there was space to spread out during down times!The house was clean on arrival, and felt very homey. I really liked the fact that the pool was salt water instead of the typical chlorinated water, as multiple members of my family are sensitive to chlorine.There was one evening when we had to call the property management company at 8PM because the A/C was resetting itself and not running, and they came out in about a half hour to take care of it, so I was impressed with that speed of responsiveness.Would I want to stay here again? Definitely.That's not to say that everything was perfect, but most of the imperfect items are relatively minor maintenance issues that would be fairly easy to correct:-ripped screens surrounding the pool-Some of the cookware was obviously damaged (bent) by previous renters, and these pieces should be replaced-Nearly all of the dining room chairs were wobbly with loose screws, and while none of them actually broke, we were nervous that any one of them might break at any time we were using them for meals.

This is a beautiful corner property in a really quiet neighborhood. A screened in pool and a nive Lanai were great, spent a lot of time relaxing there. They thought of everything amenity-wise and the decor is just charming, really made the stay special. I had a few check-in glitches and I missed the property management card taped to the window. So I messaged through vrbo and I believe it was the owner Bob who called me and was very helpful to straighten things out quickly! I just loved staying in this house and pretending it was mine for a few days.

We spent a week at this property, the house was beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked with towels and necessities. The pool was clean and got sun for most of the day. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had regarding our stay and was very helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

The house was the perfect place for two long-time girlfriends and their four daughters to go together to Disney venues as well as hang together at home.

Loved this home. Close to Disney parks and shopping and restaurants. Pool was awesome. Home had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were extremely comfortable and large screen televisions which my hubby loved. Would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Our stay couldn’t have been better. The house is wonderful and charming: immaculately clean, incredibly beautiful, and extremely well kitted-out. This house was the PERFECT house for our family of four! We took our two boys, ages 7 and 4, to Disney World and Sea World for the week, and wanted to stay off property, to make sure we could relax after long park days!The house is about 5 miles to all the Disney parks, and only a very short, 15 minute drive. We made it back and forth to every park without tons of heavy traffic.It is also only a few miles from a huge Walmart, making it very convenient to stop, and stock up on our household items and groceries.The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious, clean, extremely comfortable beds, and almost every room has its own full bathroom! (The master bath was huge!) The kitchen had everything we needed!The living room had a huge TV for us to sit on the couch, put our feet up, and just relax! It was perfect!Our favorite place of the whole house was the pool area! I would highly recommend paying extra to have the pool and hot tub heated. The weather was on the cooler side during our stay, but with the pool and hot tub being heated, we used them every day! My boys would have swam all night if we let them! And the hot tub was amazing for soaking after walking the parks all day!All in all, I would rate this house 10/5 stars if I could. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Very clean and met ALL of our expectations, and more!We will book this house again on our next trip to Florida!

We enjoyed our nine day stay at this property. The beds were comfortable and the large TV in the main room was a nice addition for Sunday football! We had a few minor issues, but the property manager was quick to respond and resolve. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and just a short drive to the Disney World. Would stay here again.

We loved this house. We recently stayed here for our family vacation to Disney. The location is perfect as it is close to Disney, as well as Target, Walmart and lots of restaurants. It is beautifully decorated and very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, the home was very clean and the pool and hot tub were nice to come back to after a long day out. The owners are very responsive, which we really appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!

Property was as advertised (always important). Good communication with the owner, which was key as we visited soon after Hurricane Milton. The neighborhood was quiet and even though there were just two of us, we thought it would great for a family visiting Disney.

stayed at this property for the second time....definitely does not disappoint. the house and pool were exceptional. clean, and had all of the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. the location is great, a short ride to the parks. the neighborhood is quiet and accessible, and i was able to walk every morning with no traffic. the owner and property managers responded immediately to my questions. I am looking forward to staying here next year!!

I had a great stay with a couple of friends. Everything was great. The residence is very up to date with plenty of power and USB outlets. Everything worked as expected. It was a seamless process to check in and check out. Prior to staying here I read other reviews and those reviews were spot on. Definitely deserves the high ratings the property receives.

It has been a very pleasant experience, easy communication with the manager, in the house everything very clean and nicely decorated, the patio and the pool like at home perfect thank you very much... we will come back.
