Welcome to Carolina Kids, a charming and well-cared-for home nestled in the desirable Hatteras Colony neighborhood of Avon. Perfectly located just a short walk from the beach, this home offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and fun for everyone—furry friends included! Dogs are welcome, so the whole family can join in on the vacation adventures.

1 Queen Bedroom and 1 Bedroom with 2 Single Beds share another full bathroom.

The laundry area is conveniently located on the first landing landing.

Tiki Bar: The full-service Tiki Bar is stocked with a refrigerator, perfect for keeping drinks cold and snacks easily accessible while enjoying the poolside. Check out our new Nautical Pendant Lights that are from a 1950's era ship.

Shaded Gathering Spot: Underneath the house, you’ll find a shaded area with seating and space to store your beach gear, plus an outdoor waterfall shower that has a beautiful Sea Scape Muriel to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Lawn Games and Yard: The large yard provides plenty of room for lawn games and fetch with your pups, ensuring everyone stays active and entertained. Enjoy a game of cornhole toss. Lawn sprinklers to ensure a green lawn.
