We had everything we needed. It was the perfect set up for our travel with my son and daughter in law. We were together but still had our own space and own bathroom. The setting in the woods was amazing. So peaceful and beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We highly recommend staying there.

The house was very well located for a visit to the park. The double studio was comfortably furnished, and the kitchen in the upper studio was very well equipped. The double studio was perfect for us, as we are a couple travelling with a non-family friend...both parties had their own space yet it was very easy to be together.

The two 1 bedroom apartments were perfect for us ( 2 couples who have been friends for over 50 years). We enjoyed Acadia and all the wonderful views surrounding it. We spent one day on the ferry stopping at several islands which was just lovely. Having a comfortable place to come back to was delightful.

Terrific and if ever going back to Bar Harbor I would stay here again. The host truly has the guests comfort in mind as he insists on total satisfaction of his guests.

We had everything we needed. House was very clean and host was very responsive to any questions. Easy access to Acadia and town. The only downside was the home was not conducive to toddlers. No door or gate by staircase and dishes were on low open shelves.

Great space for my daughter and I to enjoy Bar Harbor and Acadia. Easily accessible to the park and town. Nicely furnished for the two of us.

We loved our stay at your home. Very clean, well-equipped, and close to everything. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The home was very clean, a cute, well-kept house, and a good space for our family. However, when we arrived it was extremely hot. We turned on the 3 air conditioning units in the 3 bedrooms but one of them was not installed properly and it was actually blowing in hot air. There was only one fan in the den and kitchen area and it was not sufficient to cool off the room. We contacted the owner and he had a maintenance person come out the next day with 2 other fans for downstairs, and he rigged the ac unit in the one room to make it work for our stay. Our first night was not enjoyable, and we had to sleep on the floor in the bedroom with AC, but after the maintenance guy came, the bedrooms were better for the rest of our visit. However, due to no central air or portable AC unit, the living space was still not really cool on hot days. Another thing that was odd was there were no window coverings on the windows downstairs. The apartment over the garage was occupied and it was easy for them to see in the house and it made us uncomfortable. The owner provided a partial refund for the first night for our troubles.

This was a perfect location for our short stay in Bar Harbor! The house fit our family perfectly (7 adults), enough room to hang out in the living room, cook breakfast and sleep comfortably! There is an AC unit in each room which we loved! The owner of the property in the garage apartment was lovely to talk to! She gave us great tips and suggestions! Highly suggest staying here! one tip we have is taking the island shuttle to down town & Acadia. We had trouble with parking as it was a holiday wknd. The island shuttle picks up 1/2 mile away at the town hill market.

Absolutely loved this house! Upon arrival we were lucky to have all the lilac flowers blooming and the smell was simply amazing! The house exceeded our expectations. Location was very nice set back but less then 15 min from bar-harbor and Acadia national forest. One downside is there is not curtains or blinds on lower floor so that was a little weird at night. Over all highly recommend and would book again !

Our stay in Bar Harbor was wonderful! The home was lovely and just a short drive to downtown and Acadia. The beds were extra comfy and we all slept so well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
