Stayed Oct 9, 2025When we first arrived, the Vrbo seemed clean and comfortable. However, we quickly realized there was no toilet paper available, so we had to leave to buy some. We also noticed there wasn’t a sponge for washing dishes or anything to clean the countertops with.Aside from those small inconveniences, it was a super cute and cozy place to stay—plus, it’s in a great location, very close to Whiskey Row.

Stayed Apr 29, 2025THIS PROPERTY IS OUTSTANDING!! Location, amenities, cleanliness, quiet/peacefulness, ease of booking/management support, attention to detail, and cuteness factor, all off the charts. Great indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing. Comfy bed and linens, and well stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils. We really enjoyed our stay, the ease of access to downtown Prescott and all of the shops and restaurants, as well as the central location to be able to go to the mountains, local hiking, 4WD trails, Sedona, Flagstaff, and the Grand Canyon. We will be back and will seek out this exact house for staying in Prescott!!

Stayed May 24, 2024We had a wonderful experience. The house was the perfect location, just 2 blocks from the courthouse. The house was old but quaint and nicely maintained. The owner was excellent to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Oct 26, 2023Perfect location - I cooked while there, fully stocked kitchen, lots of hot water for 3 teenage boys after long days hiking, front porch wonderful for morning coffee and evening wine. I would stay again. Property manager accessible, helpful and responsive while there.
