Guest Access:

You will have the entire house and property to yourself. Only registered guests are allowed, unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. While we encourage taking walks on our property please do not wander into our neighbor's backyards in the surrounding area as you will be trespassing on private property



The Neighborhood:

Pipes Canyon is one of the most scenic and peaceful regions of the High Desert—offering untouched beauty just a short drive from Pioneertown’s cultural icons.

◎ The Integratron – 25 minutes

◎ Joshua Tree Village – 30 minutes

◎ Noah Purifoy Outdoor Art Museum – 30 minutes

◎ Joshua Tree National Park West Entrance – 35 minutes

◎ Palm Springs – 1 hour



Getting Around:

This is a remote location down dirt roads, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.



Other Things to Note:

◎ POOL AND HOT TUB HEATING:

Your rental includes heating for the in-ground pool in May and September. The hot tub is always free to heat. However, during the cooler months, there are extra charges for pool heating. If you want the pool heated during these months, please let us know before you arrive.

◎ Extra Charges for Pool Heating:

✓ May–Sept: Complimentary

✓ October and April: $200 per night

✓ November, December, March: $300 per night

✓ January and February: $300 per night

✓ Hot tub always included



◎ EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.



◎ DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. Max of 2 dogs.



◎ SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us!



◎ CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.



◎ ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain
