Under the Palms – Midcentury Oasis w/ Pool & Spa

We absolutely loved this property!! We stayed with our two adult children while on a golf vacation. The home met all of our needs, kitchen fully stocked, plenty of space for privacy but great gathering spots and amazing outdoor space. We paid the nominal fee for pool heat and it was worth every penny. We appreciated the quaint neighborhood with close proximity to grocery store and airport. Planes do travel over the home regularly, but we honestly did not mind as everything else was perfect. Very well managed property. Property was exactly as pictured. We wished we could stay longer!

The house was well decorated , comfortable and very clean . Also it was stocked with everything you could possibly need to a great vacation. The yard was like a mini resort and we loved walking the neighborhood each morning .

A beautifully updated home with a wonderful Palm Springs vibe and incredibly comfortable furnishings. Spotlessly clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. The operating company was outstanding in the clarity of instructions and responsiveness. We had one or two very minor issues and they had people at the house to resolve them almost immediately. One of the best rental experiences we've ever had. Sad to leave but will be excited to return!

We stayed at this beautiful house for over two months. We loved it. Beautiful back yard and house. Very well stocked with many amenities. Very quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great property for travel with our adult children. Bedrooms each have king size beds. The outdoor area was very thoughtfully planned. We really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub on cool December evenings!

We returned from a lovely week at this property and couldn't be happier. The property is in immaculate condition, is well stocked, and has a lovely backyard and pool. We were very comfortable with our party of 4 adults and a toddler. Furthermore, the property was excellently managed. ACME was very easy to work with and responded very quickly to questions about getting a rental crib and high chair dropped off (this was all delivered and set up before we arrived with zero headache). A very stress free, high quality accommodation. We would highly recommend!

This property is amazing! Cleanliness, communication, comfort and amenities! This house has it all! I wanted to find a place that was kid friendly for my friends 1 yo child and this place checked all the marks. The pool was amazing and the grassy areas were just far enough for their baby to roam around and play outside. The kit chen was fully equipped and the complimentary coffee and tea was a definite plus! 10/10 would reccomend!

Very nice house, clean and a well stocked kitchen. Wish there had been a dvd player though. We stream but also like movies not available on internet. Only real complaint was the spa. It needs repair or service. It kept shutting itself off and requiring us to go manually turn the heater back on.
