Unbeatable Pacific Beach Retreat: Stunning Coastline & Skyline Views Await!

Host was fast to reply with all questions leading in to the trip and the house was exactly as described. The hot tub, outside area, and view are just as wonderful as described!! It's not too good to be true - it's real! Ha! It was clean, organized, and a perfect landing spot for us. Parking was absolutely no problem as there are tons of easy street spots. Comfortable beds too! It's a quiet residential area and the stars and peace at night is so great. I'd definitely stay there again.

Denise was very welcoming and provided us with a very comfortable and welcoming stay. Everything we needed was present and communication with her was very simple if there was a question. The back views and hot tub are amazing and we felt very grateful for the opportunity to stay. And her two pups are adorable!

We enjoyed our prior stay here so much that we booked to stay here a 2nd time. The home is stil very nice, centrally located on a quiet street, and the host is quick to communicate. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful home! We had the best time in San Diego and so much of it was because of how comfortable and spoiled we were at this house. Gorgeous views, great hot tub, comfortable beds and very private. We loved the outdoor spaces and made use of the propane heater, fire table, grill and hot tub at different times of our stay. We also didn't realize how big of a deal that the ample street parking that's on this street was until we drove through the rest of San Diego. We got to park directly in front of the house all week - not gonna happen at most homes in town. We'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The interior is clean and modern, and the views from the large deck are absolutely incredible. The location is really convenient to Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, and La Jolla. We can't wait to stay here again!

Our only regret is we didn't stay longer. We enjoyed the expansive deck, hot tub, and comfortable beds. Denise has thoughtfully stocked the house with little things that made the stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood is lovely and there are many delicious Pacific Beach coffee shops and restaurants within 1 to 2 miles.

Our stay at the San Diego House was fabulous! The view of Pacific Ocean from the hot tub was amazing. The two bedrooms were perfect for three adults we had. Clean and modern appliances with washer/dryer stackable for catching up on laundry. The kitchen was very handy and the outside grill was great for cooking burgers and hot dogs. The house is minutes from downtown San Diego and La Jolla. The instructions for using the property were easy to follow and answered all our questions. The host was just a text or phone call away but we had no questions. Thanks for million dollar view and comfortable house! We’ll be back!

My wife and I have stayed at this property a few different times and it's always a great time. It's a wonderful location, and the view from the deck/hot tub is outstanding. Property is well maintained, always clean, and the owners are extremely responsive and helpful for anything we need. Strongly recommended!

The house has thoughtful amenities, comfortable beds, and deck with dining table, loungers and hot tub with gorgeous views. Location is convenient to Pacific Beach, Kate Sessions Park, the airport and downtown. Good communication with host. We will return!

We had a great time at this VRBO in San Diego. The house was beautiful, with stunning views, in a great location near the beach, and wonderfully quiet, a fantastic hot tub, and was well-appointed. However, there were some significant issues that affected our stay. 1) We discovered black mold in a mini-split in the main bedroom late in our stay, which had a negative impact on my wife's health even 2 weeks after our stay. 2) The hot tub had been shocked with chlorine just before our arrival, which is common to do; however, the levels were extremely high and we were not aware because we were not notified. As a result, after using it for a short time, we had eye irritation and itchy/burny skin (one of us had peeling the next day).  Again, no apology, just a comment that it had been shocked. 3) The patio heater didn’t work, and despite troubleshooting it ourselves and also notifying the host multiple times that we really wanted to use it to stay warm in the chilly evenings, it was not addressed because they and the handyman were out of town over Thanksgiving. Even after they returned to their unit upstairs, they did not come down to try to fix. Overall, it’s a beautiful property and checks all the boxes in terms of location, beauty, etc., but caveat emptor if any issues arise because they may not be addressed in a timely manner.

Absolutely beautiful and clean home, with a large patio space and relaxing spa overlooking the ocean. The neighborhood was very quiet and centrally located. Short walk to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, etc. And only about a 20min drive to other destinations throughout the city. The host was very responsive, and check-in process was a breeze. Would definitely recommend booking this home if staying in the area.

Unfortunately attacked by the host's dogs as my wife and I were trying to leave the property. I was not aware that their dogs would be present on site during my stay. This was not advertised on the listing. My pregnant wife and I were uncomfortable staying for the full 7 day reservation thereafter and I communicated this to the host. Unfortunately, the host was mainly concerned about the loss of revenue that would occur from me cancelling the reservation and asked me to pay what was fair, off-platform even though I only stayed for the first night in exchange for canceling the remainder of the reservation. It was very difficult to cancel the reservation but after literally 4 hours on the phone with Customer Service, I ended up having to pay 50% of the total booking. Thankfully, no one was injured.

The rooms were nice and big. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the sheets were impressive. Nice barbecue on the deck which we utilize because the view is just gorgeous. A workable kitchen. I would recommend it.

Stayed for four nights with our two girls, ages 6 and 8. The location was perfect for quick trips to the zoo, beach, Petco park, sea world and Coronado island. It was so close to great restaurants in La Jolla too. The space itself was very clean and well-maintained. The inside was cozy and well designed - the outside was spectacular. We ate many meals outside and definitely enjoyed the hot tub and picturesque views
