The Space:
Whether you are planning your trip for some sun or for some snow, Bay View Heights is the perfect location to enjoy all that North Idaho has to offer. Wake up with the warm morning light or end your day watching the colors of the sunset disappear behind the mountains, Bay View Heights will give you the best spot in Coeur d'Alene for both! From the moment you drive up to this property, you'll feel a wave of peace as you take in the scenery. Tall pine trees paint the foreground and distant mountains tops encompass your view, bringing your attention to the blue waters of Lake Coeur d'Alene.

Take a moment to explore outside and you'll quickly find a basketball hoop, and a 1600 gallon swim hot tub to relax and enjoy the view. There is something for everyone, whether you're looking to unwind, catch up with friends or explore.
Once inside you'll be greeted but a newly remodeled cabin, every turn will have you eager for the next. The stunning kitchen has extensive granite counter-tops, and plenty of natural lighting. The bar seats 4 in addition to the hardwood dining table for 6. New stainless steel appliances will put your mind at ease when mealtime rolls around, the kitchen is stocked with the essential cooking utensils (make sure to bring your favorite spices!)

Just beyond the kitchen is the living room with a large flat-screen TV for all your viewing needs, and featuring Starlink internet so all your WiFi needs will be met. Kick back and relax or step outside onto the deck for breathtaking views and an endless backdrop of true Idaho magic. A main floor bedroom with a queen bed and plenty of extra legroom sits adjacent from the bathroom, complete with dual vanity, step-in shower, and private toiletry nook. At the end of the hall, you'll find a front load washer and dryer, extra counter space and the two-car garage entrance.

Head upstairs to the master bedroom, but first, take a pit stop at your private loft. With chairs for two it calls you by name to sit back and take in, once again, that view! Just behind the chairs is a wet bar. Continuing through you'll reach the master bedroom with a king bed. Streams of light fill the space and welcome you to your vacation. A walk-in closet will make unpacking so easy you'll never want to leave. The private master bathroom will be your oasis with his and her sink, stone shower and Boda toilet.

The fun doesn't end there, continue downstairs to the second living room and kitchen area. The living room features a comfortable couch just waiting for a movie night and popcorn. The flat screen TV is ready to stream your favorite shows, or enjoy a billiards match on the pool table. Around the corner is the second kitchen, ready to help you meal prep or store your favorite snacks. A 4-seat dining table is only a few feet away from the pool table, waiting for a challenger. Just down the hall is the third bedroom with a queen bed, and just across the hall is the third bathroom with a single vanity and standing shower.

Step out of the downstairs door and make your way outside to the luxurious hot tub that is waiting to help you end your day. Grab a cold beverage of your choice and take an evening soak as you catch up with friends and family.

When you're not relaxing you'll be just a 15 minute drive from so many things to enjoy in downtown Coeur d'Alene. Restaurants, shopping, and plenty of activities no matter what the season. Or park the car in downtown Coeur d'Alene and enjoy a stroll down iconic Sherman Ave.

Guest Access:
To receive access information you are required to submit a valid form of ID to Vacation Rental Authority using the provided link after your reservation is confirmed. Once the check-in form is completed with a valid form of ID and the reservation is paid in full, access information will be available 3 days prior to your arrival.

Getting Around:
A car is highly recommended for sight seeing and visiting Downtown.

Other Things to Note:
There is a security camera located on the main level deck of this home with. View of the front door and the garage.

While the fireplaces are beautiful, we do not currently allow use of any wood burning fireplaces/ stoves at this property.
Before you arrive, here's some information to help you prepare for your stay: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. You'll need to submit a valid form of ID through Vacation Rental Authority after booking to receive the access information. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels down to a reasonable level to respect all neighbors. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will have the home to themselves with guest services available M-F from 9-5 and 24/7 emergency on-call.
