No smoking indoors – You're welcome to smoke outside, just please dispose of butts responsibly.

No parties or events – No parties or events are permitted at the property. This home is intended for quiet, residential stays only, and may not be used for gatherings, celebrations, or any organized group events.

Quiet hours – Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You are staying in a residential area, so please be considerate and keep noise at a respectful level at all times. Excessive or unreasonable noise may disturb neighbors and impact their peaceful enjoyment of their homes.

Minimum rental age – The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

Nightly Rate – Based on standard occupancy of 8 guests. Additional guest fee of $25 person per night will apply for groups that exceed the standard occupancy, up to the maximum occupancy limit of 10 guests. Please ensure to enter the correct count of guests upon booking to avoid confusion.

Guest list required – For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.

Sign the rental agreement – Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.

Child safety – Families traveling with young children should note that cabinets and electrical outlets are not equipped with child locks, so parents are encouraged to take appropriate safety precautions. Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times, and children must not be left unattended, especially in or around the pool area.

PET POLICY – Strictly NO pets are allowed.

SERVICE ANIMALS
• Service animals assisting guests with disabilities are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.
• Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are subject to the standard pet policy.

⚠️ UNAUTHORIZED OR UNDISCLOSED PETS—even if tied to a car parked in the property's parking spaces—will result in a $500 fee per pet and may also lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Florida's tropical climate attracts pests—please keep doors and windows closed to prevent unwanted visitors.
 For your comfort, we also recommend keeping doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running to ensure the system functions efficiently.
