Our family of 12 (husband & myself, our grown children, their spouses, & our 4 grandchildren) all met there for the week. The house was very nice, well stocked, & a good fit for our family. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had during the week. Easy walk to the park, & also to the beach. The pool & hot tub were an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again, & recommend this property.

This house accomodated our family of 10 quite comfortably. Close to all the parks and great restaurants. Pool was a bonus for the kiddos.

We are a family of 12. This house was perfect for our group . Each bedroom has its own bath which was wonderful. Great space for gathering and perfect size pool. Walked to the beach every eve at sunset ! Would definitely stay there again . Owner is friendly and quick to respond when contacted.

We recently had the pleasure of renting Lawrence’s home, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how stunning and well-maintained the property is. The house is spacious, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place for a relaxing getaway.The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool and hot tub area. We spent countless hours there, enjoying the space and the serene atmosphere. The rooms were all generously sized, and the kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy for us to prepare meals and feel right at home.The home is also in a fantastic location, just a short distance from the beach. Lawrence provided us with 5 beach chairs, a wagon, and a cooler, which made our trips to the beach even more enjoyable and convenient.One of the things that made our stay even more enjoyable was Lawrence's responsiveness. He was quick to answer any questions we had, which really helped make the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We did have a suggestions for improvement. Some of the patio furniture could use an update.Overall, we had an amazing time, and we’re so grateful to Lawrence for allowing us to enjoy his beautiful home. We’d definitely love to return in the future!

We took our whole family, all 12 of us, on a long awaited family vacation to Florida and this was the perfect home for us to stay in! We had 3 little ones and one infant and we had more than enough room and privacy for naps, etc. We all had our own bathroom which was also so nice. We made use of all the amenities and ate most of our meals in so the huge kitchen space was wonderful! The house is on a quiet street and a short drive to the beach and wherever else we went. The view from the front balcony and especially the master suite balcony was beautiful! There is a laundry room that was so handy with the small kids, and the beach and pool toys were so good to have there. We also rented an extra portable crib and stroller from one of the rental companies in town and it was so nice to have that delivered with no problems so we didn't have to travel with all the extras. Our host, Lawrence, stayed in touch and was a great host. We would highly recommend the Harbor House if you have a larger group. It helped make our time together the best it could be and now we have wonderful memories to take home with us!

We had an excellent stay at this house. We were 5 adult couples. We enjoyed the comfortable surroundings. Four couples had a bedroom with an ensuite. And the 5th bedroom the washroom was right outside the door. The beach was close by. We spent a lot of time at the house in the pool and hot tub. Any questions were quickly responded too. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Clean, comfortable and close to all amenities.

Though the weather didn't want to warm up, we had an excellent stay at this property. The one issue we ran into was the hot water heater wouldn't keep the upstairs showers warm. Once I let the manager know, they literally had a brand new one installed. It was excellent service!

Our family of 10 (all adults ranging 30-63) had the best time here! The neighborhood is quiet, which was perfect for us, and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to restaurants! We also loved being able to walk to the park to play pickleball and basketball. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, the kitchen and living room were large and open, and the hot tub/pool had clear instructions for use. The hosts were extremely responsive - we called to ask about the location of some games and they ordered us a chess board that was delivered within 6 hours!Overall, this was probably one of the best properties we’ve stayed in and hope to return!

We had a great long weekend with friends. It was a bummer that the hot tub wasn’t working after storm damage but this was communicated before we arrived at the house. I do wish that the beach items like chairs and umbrella had been replaced prior to our arrival. I communicated with the host and they did get us chairs and even brought them to the beach for us. Overall, a nice house and worked great for our group.

We had a great stay at the Indian Rock Beach Home. The spacious home was perfect for our family of 15. Excellent location and convenient to the beach, restaurants and stores.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The pool was so well kept and the home was ideal for a family of all ages. The kitchen was beautiful, driveway accommodated our 3 large vehicles, and all the balconies gave us a place to unwind and enjoy the property. Great nearby restaurants, playground was about a 5 minute walk away, and the neighborhood was beautiful, well-kept, and safe. Would recommend!

My family had a great time staying in this large family home! Plenty of bedrooms for everyone, clean linens and towels, and the kids loved the giant shower in the master bedroom. Great communication from check in to check out. We so enjoyed the pool too! The downstairs party room was a bit isolated and air conditioning didn’t work, but we didn’t use the room, so no big deal. A bathroom down there would have made it more functional. Overall great value for a family vacation-highly recommended.

We took our 3 grown children and their children to Indian Rocks Beach for a family vacation. We have never been there but have been to madiera beach at least 20 times. We always rent a condo but decided to rent a house with a pool since our grandsons are getting older. It was the best !!
