Stayed Nov 28, 2025This is a beautiful property, the location is great but.. needs a lot of maintenence. For the asking price, we would look elsewhere next time. There were a few house keeping issues in which our host was readily available to reply back when needed. •There were two roaches that we took care of. One in the master bedroom and the other in the washing machine corridor. •2 blinds were broken. Downstairs bedroom and living room.•Tv from 3rd floor had no remote (didn't work with another one)•Kitchen range was ON at time of check-in•Front window wide open. Easy for someone to brake in.We chose this property because the location was great. We also chose this property for it having a bbq grill and fire pit listed in the ammenities. It was my son's birthday weekend and our plan was to make a bbq and make s'mores at the fire pit which we brought with us. The host mentioned that the ad was not updated. These two items are listed and show photos of both.

Stayed Jul 23, 2025The overall experience was more than satisfactory with an overall rate of 4.5 out of 5 stars. In regards to check-in everything was smooth and easy to follow. The facility was very clean, spacious and consistent with pictures on the website. There were a few minor issues such as:The venetian blind in the bedroom on the first level behind the 1st bunk bed was broken on the left side. The towel bar in the bathroom of the first bedroom at the top of the stairs was loose.The experience with unlocking and locking the entryway was very poor which also includes the entry to the garage where the locking mechanisms on both front entryway and garage access malfunctioned several times.Kitchen facilities were beautiful; very satisfactory except for a coffee mug handle breaking off at first contact, and the left front stove range did not get as hot as the other ranges to the point of needing to shift cooking on that range.Wi-fi access was great.Transport access was great. Again, our stay was overall 90% and we would stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Stayed Jul 28, 2025We were all absolutely impressed with the beauty of the place. We sincerely believed it was the place we deserved to be in. The fact that it's near Charlotte's Convention Center was a huge plus for us. The Kitchen and Bathrooms were well equipped. Loved it!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025We had a great time during our visit! This property is central to anywhere you'd need to visit in Charlotte and only 10 minutes from the airport. Some of the mattresses could be updated, but they aren't terrible.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025I would give more stars if I could! This stay was absolutely perfect and even better in person. The space is warm and inviting, with a great layout and plenty of seating and bedding, which is ideal for groups. The host made everything seamless and enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better, and the rooftop views were incredible. I highly recommend it!

Stayed Sep 6, 2024Shortly after check in we discovered a very large yellow jacket nest under table on the deck the deck was why we booked this place i called 3 times and left messages the host at some point sent me an email message that he would drop off spray tomorrow i did not check emails because im on vaca that’s why i called very poor service to rectify the issue we had to go buy wasp spay to take care of the issue ourselves Not recommending this host lazy!!!
