For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start.     This property was absolutely stunning! It was incredibly spacious, comfortably decorated and incredibly clean. The view was spectacular and had every amenity that we could ask for. Large garage for our vehicle and supplies. We hosted a family reunion and everyone had a wonderful time enjoying the view and the home. Fantastic back yard with great patio furniture and layout. One of the best parts was the top rate communication. Any question we had was answered via text within minutes. The property managers/owners definitely prided themselves on giving the best customer service possible and they exceeded all expectations. We loved our stay and this home will definitely be our first choice when we return!

    Property was beautiful very spacious and comfortable. The view was awesome. My only wish was that the beach accessible from the property. Rather than walking a half a mile away to get to the water. It would’ve been a five star if we had that.

    The inside was nicely decorated. The view especially nice as it was NOT on the boardwalk. No people or cars constantly blocking the view or the noise that comes with it. Great yard with plenty of seating, lounging and shade. If you are sleeping in a bedroom overlooking the street it can be noisy (people more so than cars). Ear plugs would be good. The master bedroom does not get dark due to the outdoor lights next door. Eye mask is good idea. One of the best stocked kitchens of any place I have ever stayed. Never went out to eat. Everything included. Had few minor issues (broken appliance and bathroom door handle came off) that were addressed promptly. Caution to those with large or lifted vehicles. The garage is tight.Would definitely stay here again.

    We had 6 family members stay over 2023 Christmas and really enjoyed the laid back family holiday. The views were amazing and the upstairs firepit was used several times in the evenings. The Property Manager was very helpful. We hope we have the opportunity to come back again.

    We loved the layout. Great for a large group, huge dining table and amounts of kitchen counter space! Easy walk to the city center for daily exercise. So fabulous 3 of the bedrooms has a nook for kids to sleep. Pretty sunset views with dolphins in distance.

    Overall great location. Lots of rain caused multiple leaks in the ceiling, windows and light fixtures. They didn’t send anyone out the first day so we had to use up all of the towels and do wash, but the next day they got it figured out and brought us more towels.
