Great house with plenty of space and excellent beach views.

Enjoyed views from house, the beach and the pool! Also proximity to 30Avenue and Rosemary Beach shopping areas. Plenty of dishes, silverware, and pots etc for big family dinners. Very nicely appointed house. Bunk room was a hit with the kiddos.

The home was comfortable, and very clean. The house easily accommodated my family of 12. And a really easy week was spent at the beach. Lovely home

We rented this house for family to get together. It was a beautiful house! The house was in great condition and very clean. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, dishes and appliances you could possibly want. The heated pool and hot tub were a hit and the beach was super close. And Dolly and Rebecca was extremely friendly and responsive! We would definitely rent from them again!! (Thank you ladies for a perfect holiday stay with family!)

Great home with beautiful beach views. Walk to beach was longer than desirable. Beach area was sparsely populated, so lots of room to spread out.

We loved everything about this home- the decor, the view, the pool, the beach and so much more! We loved it so much I immediately rebooked for next year! Highly recommend!

My wife & I rented this house for a birthday celebration. We loved that the house allowed all the couples (no kids) to have a big bed and private bath. The property manager was very quick to respond to our questions about the property & because the house wasn’t booked the night before, they allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated! The on-site contact was also very helpful, however it was strange that in order to do little things, like turn on the hot tub, we needed to text him. But he was quick to answer our texts. The kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans and dishes for cooking for a large groups. Ample parking. I would say a couple negatives were they don’t provide beach towels, beach chairs, bikes or really any beach amenities. If you don’t bring them yourself, you have to rent them. The property is also smack in the center of ongoing construction, as the listing alludes to. However, it failed to mention that you may be woken up before 7am to forklifts driving by directly outside. I am not sure what is being built, but it may potentially ruin the view. As of now, the view is incredible from the property. The finishings in the house were super nice but a couple items are starting to show their wear (ie bar stools). Beach access is a short walk & the house isn’t directly in the area with all the cool shops or restaurants but that worked for us because we were looking for something quieter. The check out time was also super early -9am- so be prepared.

We brought 3 of our adult kids and ther spouses/significant others m. Plus three of our grand babies. Perfect family vacation We'll be back!

Outstanding property on a quite cove. We had a unique scheduled and the owners were very accommodating. Beautiful and well maintained property. Owners were very responsive to questions/inquires. Will be returning to this property. Thank you for a great experience.
