Stayed May 16, 2019Super close to Stone Tavern Farm. The house was perfectly located. Communication with owners was easy and I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to hide away in the tranquil woods.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed here for a wedding in Roxbury, NY, July 2018. It was a group of 5 women and we had more than enough room (and bathrooms!). Each person was able to have their own bed which were really comfortable. The home is absolutely beautiful. We really loved the space. It is stocked with everything you could ever need! The surrounding property was also wonderful. The view and the grounds were perfect for a nice weekend getaway to the Catskills. We would have loved to spend some more time hiking and exploring outside. The owner, Christina, was super helpful and great with communication. She gives very clear directions on how to get to the home prior to your stay. Make sure you have them with you as those scenic, winding, back-country roads can be a bit confusing, especially since there are a few with similar names. We recommend going there in the daylight for your first visit!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We selected the property based on the photos, but they do not do it justice. The house is lovely and comfortable, great for a large group, but with lots of little nooks to go to if one or a couple of people wants to be away from the main group activity. The fluffy towels, the chilled wine in the refrigerator, the coffee beans on the counter (grinder, too) and the hammock outside with a view of the mountains, to name just a few of the many amenites, made us feel so very welcome. The house is just a few minutes away from downtown Roxbury, all of about one block long, with a sweet little place for great coffee and breakfast called Kimchee Harvest. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this beautiful home, and our only wish is that is that we could have spent more time there.
