Stayed Dec 26, 2025The house is beautiful The heater failed halfway through our stay. Island Rentals responded after 24 hours and said they would send someone. No person arrived. Multiple calls and emails were sent and nothing was done. We had to use space heaters. The house when we arrived was not clean. The cleaning people do not wipe door frames. The windows were not clean. Our socks were black walking around the house. The washing machine kept giving us a warning code that said not enough water. The dryer did not work at all. It took two days for the dryer to dry one load. I definitely think we need to be credited for our stay.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025Part of the air conditioner units didn't work it took 3 days for anyone to answer the phone I left numerous messages after I did speak with someone,.no one came out. Disappointed with the combination process
