Stayed Jan 1, 1This cottage does all the important things right. Warm, comfortable, dog friendly (fenced off part of a lawn) and clean. It's unusual to not find fault. A couple of minor niggles, the older doors were almost impossible to close and the kitchen tap dripped, but nothing that spoils your stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was warm with a large shower. The double bed was of good quality and very comfortable, a good night's sleep every night. WiFi was slow, which meant the TV was slow to respond, but that's the local supply. Access from the road was simple, with a large driveway, but exiting was difficult. Due to a high garden wall reducing visibility. Overall, I would recommend the property and would probably stay again, however we were not overimpressed by Anglsey and it's unlikely that we will be returning.

Stayed Jan 1, 1Very clean property with everything we needed. Really appreciated the full size fridge-freezer after trying to cope with tiny undercounter jobs in other houses. side garden is enclosed for the dogs but my small yorkie could have escaped though the hedge immediately by side of the house so supervision is necessary outside. Almost every room exit has steps. Most are tiny but there was one huge step up to the larger bedrooms which hubby's knee grumbled at so he slept in the lower bunk room no problem. Overall we would be happy to stay here again and the late checkout is bliss not having to race around early.

Stayed Jan 1, 1Loved the property and had a wonderful stay. If it was mine, the condition of the building needs to be addressed. There are signs of salt ingress and potential damp, which we have had at our own home so we know what it looks like/how to fix it. As a result, I would only be happy staying in dryer months for that reason. The price reflects this, I am sure it could have been almost double the charge with these issues addressed. It is value for money. It was still a lovely stay and a lovely holiday, great location, stylish interior and a very private garden. Lots to love!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a wonderful stay at Ty Capel Bach Great location for the Anglesey Racetrack and our usual places to visit in Anglesey Comfortable and warm. Had everything we could need for all our party , ranging from 7 months to 60 years. Sociable dining and lounge areas. Lovely outside areas. Brilliant being pet friendly. Great parking facilities for all the group. Not an area I would have thought of before but would definitely stay again and recommend. Very convenient.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024Main bedroom smelt of damp, paint peeling off walls in all rooms. No wall cupboards in the kitchen and all lower cupboards full so nowhere for food storage. Very good, comfortable beds and bed linens. Everything well presented except for the paint flaking and damp smell. Blinds needed in sun room for privacy as a gardener appeared with no warning. Nice private, secure garden area for the dog however you couldn’t just open the door and let the dog out as it was a separate area. Couldn’t contact the agent over the weekend but we were moved to a beautiful property on the Monday.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a very enjoyable stay. The cottage is very comfortable and well furnished. It was in a good location to explore the beautiful island. We enjoyed the National Trust properties nearby and had some wonderful coastal walks. The welcome pack was thoughtful and appreciated as was the welcome pack left for our dog. The only thing I would mention is the cottage is on different levels with a few large steps inside.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely cottage with everything needed for self catering. I'm not very mobile at the moment so unfortunately our stay in this property was spoilt by the two very high steps accessing the bedrooms and kitchen. (Wouldn't be ideal for toddlers either). Had an issue with one of the doors, contacted Anglesey Lettings (who were lovely) and someone came out a couple of days later. Excellent location for beach and Newborough Forest.
