Kind owners. Such a fun backyard. We had a great time.

Our stay was okay but not as great as we would have expected it to be considering the price we paid. When we arrived it was hard to determine if the back entrance was truly the correct entrance to the house. Upon arrival the bathroom rugs were not cleaned there was hair from previous renters all over. The pool has boards and tiles missing or raised that are severe tripping hazards. Many of us tripped or stubbed our toes. The doors on the tiki house are warped, making it difficult to access. The pool room upstairs smelt like a dirty locker room. The view from the kitchen shows a torn apart electrical box that is for the pool, this was a major eye sore. There are birds nests on the house and those birds are loud in the mornings cause sleep disturbances. There are an abundance of bees nest all over the back yard and play area. In order to use the pool jets and heat all communication had to be done via text message because the messages via VRBO were not being answered in a timely manner. For the price we paid I was pretty upset by the condition of the house. The kitchen cupboards have paint chipping away. Drawers were labeled to not be opened and other false drawers were not labeled. This caused confusion and issues. Proper repairs are needed to this property to make it worth the price you invest to stay there.

What a wonderful home a must stay. If you are wanting to feel like you never left your home this is the place for you. Ricky and Karen made my family feel welcomed and like one of their own. The house is very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. They have everything you needed and then some. They were easy to communicate with and very fast to respond to any questions. My wife and I stay at a lot of vacation rentals. Never have we had a host drop off a special gift. Our gift basket was filled with items to make smores. The master bedroom is amazing! My wife and I really appreciate the nice hand soap and lotion. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our host was amazing. We actually got snowed in and had to extend our trip. The host was very accommodating and communication was exceptional. Sorry for the rams loss, but we are all from St. Louis and was routing for any team but the Rams. Kroenke Sucks!!!

Hosts were very responsive and made my stay extra special by celebrating my birthday! The house and outdoor areas were immaculate I would definitely recommend!

Our stay was one of the best in experience, comfort and amenities. The host left no surprises or unwanted experience. Very easy to communicate with. This home felt like our own for the brief moment there. Felt like our own I. The sense of atmosphere and most importantly cleanliness. We will be back in the area soon and we will choose this home again. We never lock the same home twice. But the Texas Pool House we will.

This was a family vacation with our three adult children, spouses, and two grandchildren. The house was great and we enjoyed the yard and pool every day. The location is close to entertainment that covered our whole group. The Texas shaped pool is great for us from out of state.

We had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect a graduation we attended in Plano, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our visit. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and patio for hanging out. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

The Texas Pool house was a great spot for four guys on their 26th annual golf trip! Close to many nice golf courses. The outdoor patio and pool was awesome to watch games. The bedrooms and accommodations worked well with separate bedrooms for everyone. Enrique was very responsive for any needs that arose

Absolutely beautiful property. Check in was so smooth. Our host was so great! Super friendly and checked in often! We had a wonderful stay. The pool has a heated option but it was the perfect temperature with the weather so was not needed at all. S’mores was the perfect nighttime treat out in the campfire area while the kids played. We had everything we needed there. The Texas Pool House is a must! We will definitely visit again!

Our stay at the Texas Pool House was hands down the best experience we've ever had with VRBO - and we have stayed in a lot. When we arrived the house was spotless and they had everything we needed. We were there for our daughters wedding and they had wedding decorations and cute gifts for our daughter and son-in-law. They also dropped off the cutest custom t-shirt for our son! Ricky and Karen were extremely responsive, kind and generous! My husband and I joked it felt like we were staying at a friends home. They thought of everything - plenty of pool and bath towels, toys for kids, sunscreen and bug spray, kitchen essentials, all the things. The house had so much to do for games as well, but the kicker for being the best was Ricky and Karen! I am extremely picky with where we stay and I would book with them again in a heart beat!

Our family had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the Texas Pool house. Well maintained, comfy beds and furniture, stocked with essentials for our use and the most unique pool we've ever swam in. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio in the evenings, watching the big tv, playing giant Jenga and making smores on the fire pit. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Amazing property that lived up to its listing and beyond. Such a fun house for hosting a celebration with plenty to do! The TX shaped pool was a hit, fun game room, and excellent communication with host, Thank you for your hospitality and generosity in celebrating my son too!

Great place! The house was really nice and clean. The pool and yard area are outstanding. The best thing was the care and attention from the property mangers. They went out of their way to make sure we had anything we needed and responded to us immediately. Highly recommend!
