Two-story home w/new kitchen, washer/dryer, large yard, & pool table

Very nice space, beautifully renovated and decorated, great yard, wonderful location! Perfect house for our group, including easy access to first floor for older guests with mobility issues. It had everything you could want for a summer trip to the Cape, right down to big pots for boiling corn on the cob and lobster! Only suggestion would be to add curtains to the upstairs rooms, as the sun pours into them at 5 AM. Even without them, we would love to stay again!

Our family had a great time here! The house is very clean and the kitchen is nicely stocked. We really enjoyed our visit!

This house was beautiful. Location was excellent to beach and downtown Orleans. Beautiful yard, beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds. Will definitely return.

It was clean. It had good amenities and a well-organized home. The unfinished basement with pool table and foosball were a game changer for the rainy day. Highly recommend this home!

This was a great place to stay. Very spacious and clean !!

The location was excellent for us. One third of the kitchen floor was covered with water from the dishwasher when we arrived. We cleaned it up, called the property management company and were told not to use the dishwasher and that someone would come out to fix it. No one ever came to fix it even after several calls to the property management company. Someone did come to provide more paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags as there were no garbage bags and very little toilet paper or paper towels. I was very clear on each call to the management company (VACASA) that I needed to be contacted on my cell phone number and had them repeated it to be sure it was accurate. When we arrived home there was a message left on our home phone. Also an email from a handyman arrived a week later saying he could come out on Friday to fix the dishwasher. Our checkout date was the previous Monday. I have called VACASA 3 times since being home hoping that they would do something to make up for the issue before giving a poor review. Each time I have been told someone would get back to me by phone or email within a day or two but have never heard from them. It's been very frustrating. All that being said, the rest of the house was beautiful and with no issues that need to be addressed or a new management company, I would recommend the house.

We had a great time at the house- it fit six of us nicely and the surroundings were beautiful. The walk to the bay took about five minutes and was fun but bring bug spray!

Our family had the perfect vacation, and this property was a big part of that. It was clean, well maintained, convenient to everything but also quiet and secluded, and the perfect proximity to our new favorite beach. It had everything we needed and more (e.g., the umbrella holders on the deck marked for optimum shade…loved this; plenty of games for both indoor and outdoor fun; a private outdoor shower; and a separate master bed/bath). We look forward to a return visit.

We stayed at Barley Breeze over the long weekend. The house was very clean, had every amenity that we needed and in a great location! Perfect family vacation home!
