The house itself is wonderful- the location for sledding was perfect- had a few housekeeping issues- no rugs by any door to wipe off damp shoes , bedroom in back of stairs had broken window shades so unable to use- used pillows to cover windows above bed-no clean sponge , and handsoaps not available for every bathroom sink- which most were low when we checked in or watered down. Would have been nice to have extra towels. Front door keypad did not work and they were going to try to send someone out but no one came- it was a holiday so kind of understand- thank goodness they gave us garage code. Bathroom had clump of hair when we arrived. No can opener. If they could address the issues would be 5 stars. Have pictures if managing property or owner interested.

The towel were moldy smelling the downstairs bathroom had a bad odor, some of the utensils in the drawers were dirty with food stuck on them, the floor in the downstairs closet wasn't swept the heater didn't work. The whole house was cold. The house didn't have the proper supplies not shampoo or conditioner, and body soap in some of the bedroom, in our bedroom we were the primaries no toilet paper and or paper towels. The windows were wide open when we arrived, and the floor boards and walls are filthy. I had to clean and go on store runs because there were few or no supplies. A worker came out brought a worthless little heater and she changed downstairs thermostat batteries but didn't change upstairs thermostat batteries. My husband had to run to the store and purchase more batteries I have the receipt for them. There were more issues than I was prepared for. I also have some photos if you need them.

What a nice townhome! It felt brand new. Very clean and well kept. Comfortable living room and huge kitchen. All the rooms were cozy with lux beds. Everything worked. We thought the kitchen was well stocked with everything except salt.

Great location and the layout of the home worked great for a party of 7. The couch was cozy. Kitchen was not well stocked - not even salt and pepper. Pans were small and only a few small bowls but stove and oven were great. Outside area was small but sufficient. Walk to the pool and small pond was close which was convenient. All the bedrooms have in suite bathrooms which was AMAZING for 7 adults. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but okay . Sheets were a little rough. This worked just fine for a weekend wedding at Swiftwater winery.

We showed up and the place had not been cleaned. One load of laundry was getting washed, but piles of sheets and linens were on the floor. Dishes were piled in the sink with dirty sink water clogging the drain, so it smelled awful. There was food all over the house, including in all the bedrooms and even in the beds. None of the bathrooms had been cleaned and there were stains on the hallway carpets. Vacasa called a couple hours before check in to let us know it wouldn't be cleaned, but we were driving over the pass at the time and didn't get the message. We didn't know until we got there and found a note in the kitchen to let us know that we need to clean the place and they would refund us the cleaning fee. The other option was to go home and we would get a refund for our stay. However, we had family fly in from out of town for this trip, so going home was not an option. So, our entire party spent hours cleaning the house and did laundry for days - not a way to start our trip. This included washing all the sheets and blankets and making all the beds so we could sleep that evening. I tried to get a hold of the local manager and after a week of staying there and calling and texting multiple times, I never got a call or text back. So I was left calling Vasaca corporate every time I wanted to talk to someone. The fridge was also not cleaned and had a filter that was expired for more than 3 months. We quickly ran out of cleaning supplies, including dishwasher pods and laundry pods, and when asked to receive more due to all the cleaning we had to do, they asked that we go to the store to get more and we would be reimbursed. It has been two weeks since we left and I still haven't gotten reimbursed or received a response at all to my request - I have emailed a handful of times now. The previous party also had all their garbage in the garage and it didn't get picked up for 2 days. So disappointed with Vasaca and how they handled this whole situation. I ended up getting one night refunded, but as I mentioned, I still haven't received a response, let alone a refund, for the purchase of additional cleaning supplies and water with the expired fridge filter. And not even a text from the local manager to apologize.

I feel very lucky to have found this home for our Memorial Day weekend! The house is very spacious and well maintained overall. Close to play areas, bike trails and hikes. We all had the best time, even with on the cloudy, rainy day. We would love to be back again soon.

The house is great - plenty of room and comfortable but there are a few maintenance items that need to be addressed. The filter on the refrigerator said 99 days overdue for replacement but I'm sure it's been more than 99 days as there is no place for a 3rd digit and it continued to read 99 days throughout our stay. Also, the chandelier over the dining table was full of dead bugs. Several drinking glasses are very worn as is the cookware. Also, why were the pantry and other doors locked?
