When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

    Great location down a quiet street. The downstairs meant our kids had their own seperated bedroom, bathroom and TV room. Nice sunny lounge and deck in the afternoon

    The Space was a LOT bigger then anticipated and exceptionally clean and tidy. A great little tucked away corner that was peaceful and quiet. Perfect for what we needed.

    We stayed at Kererū as a family of five and enjoyed it very much. The property was perfectly located near the boat ramp and the sailing club and was a wonderful spacious retreat for our family. The beds are comfortable and it was so cozy and warm on what was a frosty night. A few things like rubbish bags, face clothes and salt and pepper would be good additions, and we didn’t realise it was attached to another home with a shared driveway, but it was a great stay and we would return for sure!

    We stayed in this property over the long weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and the large fridge/freezer gave us plenty of space. Lots of room and spacious bedrooms. It was clean and tidy and well maintained. good parking for 3 vehicles. The basement areas was a little musty smelling on arrival so we aired that out. We would stay here again.

    We were really dissapointed with our stay - we are a family of 5 and stayed for 7 nights, but it lacked the very basics. No clothing rack, ironing board, pegs, dish rack, soaps, washing powder, face cloths, salt & pepper, BBQ, outdoor table with an umbrella...and the showers were terrible. It wouldn't take much at all to make this a better stay. The location was great but that was all. We wouldn't stay here again.

    Nice property in lovely location. Unfortunately it wasn’t that clean, the fridge wasn’t working properly and the wifi modem light is extremely bright/flashes throughout the night in one of the bedrooms.
