Really sweet and comfy home with all the necessary amenities. Beds were nice and the radiant floor was a nice bonus on the cool mornings. Nicely landscaped and pretty views. Spacious kitchen and lots of dining space. Comfy tv area seating was limited to 4 people and fireplace wasnt working but the place gets thumbs up from us.
The house was in a nice location, and was a nice house. It was a little sparse. Pretty much a couple beds, and some cheap living room furniture. There were not even side tables in the bedrooms. However, we had found some areas that were not as clean as we expected, especially considering the $350 cleaning fee. When I brought it up to the management I had the location manager request pictures. I took a few after the complaint and sent them to her. She was very rude and assumed that we had made the pictures up after the initial conversation and never responded to me again. It was very unprofessional. It has made me know completely avoid Vacasa properties in the future. Keep an eye out to make sure the sheets are changed when you are here, and watch out for the gnats coming in.
This is a wonderful home in the country. A river nearby provides the only noise - it was a super quiet neighborhood. Although a big house, the kitchen, dining, and living room provide a huge but cozy gathering space. Fully stocked kitchen made it fun to cook family meals. Comfortable beds sleep 7. 45 min from 6 ski areas - a bit of driving but private and worth the drive. The small print says you will need 4 wheel drive in the winter. This is a must - maybe even in the summer (uphill/ruts) but don't think about anything less in the winter. Close to great restaurants in Carbondale, Basalt, and El Jebel - far enough from the Aspen craziness.
Immaculate home 20 minutes from downtown Carbondale on the Crystal river. Very communicative and welcoming hosts. Highly recommend.
This property is about 10 minutes south of Carbondale. We rented it for part of the family attending a wedding. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and we used it for a couple of family gatherings. It was nice and clean.
Great house and location for our family if 5.
The house was what we needed, the river is right in the yard over a small hill, very nice. Trash in garage with no cans is a big issue other than that house was clean. Older so some damage to windows but nothing we couldn't work with. Nice large porch for relaxing. Easy to get to and good location.
Home was perfect for our group. Well stocked kitchen and amazing deck to enjoy during the mornings & evenings. Being the heart of July the home did get very toasty during the day with no AC.
This property was just perfect for our needs. Clean and Comfortable... we had everything we needed. Carbondale and Glenwood Springs were just down the road which made it easy to get to our adventures (horseback riding, rafting, Glenwood Adventure Park, lots of restaurants and shopping). We would definitely recommend this rental to our friends and family.
6 of us stayed 4nights for our granddaughter’s high school graduation. It was excellent; a very spacious 3 bedroom home with a huge kitchen and deck overlooking the Crystal River. Perfect for entertaining.
