Two King Suites, Hot Tub, Family Perks in this Park-side Olivia Beach Cottage!

We loved our stay in Lincoln city. It was a beautiful and quaint neighborhood. The house was overall clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The actual bed frames though were very loud and squeaky. Even the bunk bed needed a good tighten up. There was a large spot on the kitchen ceiling that looked like a drink or something had exploded. Little fixed and cleans here and there that were no big deal. The door keypads ran out of battery while we were there and couldn’t even get into the upstairs extra room. The managing company was very responsive and sent someone asap even on a Sunday. (That room picture looks like a full at least but it’s a twin so be aware.) We used the hot tub once- bring a few extra towels for that as there weren’t enough for us. Be weary in and out of the hot tub, there’s no step so it’s a climb! Having a washer/dryer was fantastic with so many of us. Loved the ability to walk the Neighborhood and having the park across the street was a thrill for the kids. Two rooms to watch tv so different groups of kids could watch different shows during the down time. Lots of fridge space- well stocked kitchen I could make meals no problem. Some cleaning/counter spray would be great but that’s all I noticed lacking. It warmed up well on our chilly weekend- we loved having the fireplace ! Overall we had a great time and loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay in Olivia Beach. The home was warm and comfortable and in a lovely location. We would certainly stay here again!

We had a lovely family getaway in this wonderful house. It was close to all Lincoln City highlights and had all the accommodations we could hope for.

Perfect house for our gathering. Beautiful neighborhood. Small TV for family viewing on main level. KItchen was equiped well for preparing our Thanksgiving feast.

Needed a break from the smoke and heat of the valley so we headed to the beach…the house was very nice although a few things I may mention the BIG park that they show on the pictures is not close to the house, it’s about two miles away and the one directly across from the house was just okay. The other issue was the gate into the back yard was broken clean off so the kids and dog could escape (no worries that’s why we always travel with bungee straps). Check in was easy once we were allowed in at about 4:20, and traveling with two anxious toddlers 20 minutes seems like an eternity. Fun walk to the beach, even a two year old made it all on his own cuz ya know “I do it myself” All in all this house was great and would stay here again!

Our stay was good. Very nice house. A lil frustrated with the amount of cleaning procedures we had to do at check out and still pay a cleaning fee.

We had three families of baseball players (10 total) and it was perfect. Easy beach access, plenty of space to relax and across the street from a park where the kids (11-14yo) could safely play.
