Stayed Apr 8, 2026Wonderful location. Loved the duplex layout and fenced in yard. Pretty much all we needed. Would recommend property managers make sure smell of previous pets mitigated with some air fresheners and most definitely replace dirty area rugs. In the room with 2 beds the rug was pretty gross.

Stayed Mar 16, 2026Great location. Was worried about noise but it was quiet as a back unit. Only disappointment was when we went to take out garbage and there wasn't a second bag to be found.

Stayed Mar 13, 2026Family of four with grown sons stayed for a long weekend. Fantastic location, close to everything. Perfect for our family. Very comfortable and tucked away. Live music can be heard but shuts down at a reasonable hour. Our dog was right at home. Good parking. We will stay here again.

Stayed Feb 21, 2026The location is the best part of this place. Close to shops and restaurants in Pier Village. The unit itself could use some updating, particularly the washer/ dryer and bathroom. The host did respond quickly when we needed a new microwave as the existing microwave's door was cracked and should not have still been in a rentable unit. Very unsafe. Be aware this is a pet friendly unit and we unfortunately were next to someone with 2 dogs that barked frequently and for long periods of time when they were out.
