Off the kitchen, step onto the back patio to stargaze and dine al fresco. Designed to celebrate its beautiful surroundings, the home's living space spills outdoors with an impressive 1900 square feet of deck & patio space, with the main level deck featuring a propane gas grill, dining table and large outdoor sectional and a lower level patio featuring a private hot tub.

After a long day on the trails and slopes, you and your crew will love how much room there is to spread out at Two Brothers Lodge. Comfortably sleeping up to 19 guests in spacious, restful bedrooms (including an incredible kids room that pajama parties were made for!), this home provides tons of privacy when you're ready to turn in for the night. Ready to rest easy Head to one of the six bedrooms including a large Primary King Suite on the main level or one of the two King Suites on the upper level. Also on the upper level, you'll find an additional oversized loft bedroom boasting four Twin beds and King bed. Retreat to the lower level of the home when you're ready to chill and play some games in the second living room that has ample seating, large Smart TV, wet bar, dart board, and ping pong table. Also on the lower level find a bunk room with two Twin/Queen bunk beds and another King bedroom. All beds feature luxury hotel-style linens to ensure a perfect nights sleep while on vacation.

Additional amenities include an oversized gourmet kitchen, huge open living room, a lower level recreation room with pool table and wall mounted video game, extended bar with extra seating, heated two car garage, multiple lounge areas with multiple TVs, boot dryers and extra ski storage, and tons of outdoor play space, making it a perfect choice for family reunions, holiday celebrations and corporate getaways.

    Amazing log home. Seven minutes from WINTER PARK RESORT and 18 minutes from YMCA OF THE ROCKIES SNOW MOUNTAIN RANCH. We spent one full day at WP RESORT and two days at SNOW MOUNTAIN. So much to do at both.

    Everyone loved the house and the surroundings. It is a great place for family gatherings, with room for everyone! The kitchen is amazing and very well stocked. The living areas are very nice and comfortable. The deck is a wonderful outside space for gathering.

    Driveway not fully cleared of ice and snow. This driveway not level so guests were at risk of slip and fallThermostat - Difficult to find sweet spot. We were either too warm or too chilly !

    House was amazing and fit my large group/family of 15 comfortably with beds to spare! House was also very child friendly and included quality equipment for newborns and toddlers. The 2 car garage was big enough to fit two Chevy suburbans. Property management company was routinely checking in to make sure everything was satisfactory. I reached out requesting salt/sand for the driveway which was icy due to recent snowfall which they immediately brought to the property. The beds were extremely comfortable. House is a short drive to Winter Park Ski Resort (walking distance to bus stops that go the ski resort) and very close to a ton of restaurants. Can’t say enough good things about this house. Will certainly try to stay at this house for my next trip to Winter Park. Highly recommend!!

    Everything about this place was pretty amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. There are several spaces for groups to break apart but one main area for the entire group to gather. Its simply beautiful, sparkling clean, and the neighborhood is close to trails that you can easily wander off on a hike or take a short drive into town. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place!

    Our family group of 15 had a wonderful time in this house. We enjoyed the hiking trails right outside the door and several chances to find geocash locations in the area. There were several fishing opportunities nearby for fly fishing, we like the town of Frazer and enjoyed shopping and eating there and the hot tub was great after a busy day of activities. We would rent rent this house again.

    This beautiful home is even more amazing than the photos could ever show. It was perfect for our large family, including the children. It was super clean, extremely well appointed, and had everything we could imagine needing. Everything in the house is extremely high-quality, from the sheets to the appliances! We all agreed that we would love to come back and stay here if we return to Winter Park! This beautiful home made our vacation even more memorable, and we are extremely grateful for everything it provided us! We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rental in Winter Park!

    This property was the absolute perfect place to stay for our family and friends. We traveled with 3 families of 4. 6 adults and 6 kids total. There was more than enough space for all of us. We loved the multiple masters with en-suites for the adult couples and the bunk room and 5 bed bedroom for the kids. We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing all day. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals for the big group. We will be back to this rental! I highly suggest this property to anyone wanting a beautiful and easy vacation in Winter Park.
