Great house on a very quiet private street. Very easy walking distance to downtown Brevard's restaurants and art galleries. Nice open and roomy spaces. Lots of elbow room . One to measure others by. Has a sister rental right beside for larger group needs.
Excellent
We stayed three nights and were very impressed with all of the amenities at the property. Location was prime to downtown. Walked to the farmers market and into town several times for shopping and meals. The house was comfortable and clean. Hope we can stay again!
We walked to town often. The location of this property is fantastic! We will stay here again.
This was a great house for our family. It was very close to the shops and food downtown. My mother in law has some mobility issues and the house was easy for her to navigate. Thanks for a great weekend trip!
This place is super convenient to downtown Brevard. We loved walking to get coffee and tea in the mornings and afternoons. Also, the house is a great layout for a family with teens. The upstairs provides plenty of room for them to game without disturbing the adults. If you like extra firm beds, this place delivers!
Wonderful property, great location, fantastic hosts! This was the perfect place for our family with a toddler, within walking distance to shops, cafes and playgrounds. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We'll definitely come back in the future if we can!
The home in Brevard is clean and spacious and the location is ideal for walking to downtown Brevard. That said, we did have a couple of things happen when we arrived. On a positive note, we arrived over an hour early and were given permission to go ahead in. We were given the lock code earlier in the day, and when we entered it we couldn't get in, so we quickly texted the manager and the correct number was issued. Upon entering, we felt a tad chilly as it was late September, so we turned on the heat, but no heat came on. The manager was notified and an HVAC company was called immediately. (We thought to ourselves good thing we came early.) The HVAC guy said he needed a part, so no heat for the night and thankfully, 5 space heaters were delivered. Apparently the part was not available because we never saw the HVAC guy again and we used space heaters for the duration of our 3 night stay. Not a huge deal, but something we worried a bit about and we didn't hear anything more from the manager. We enjoyed our stay and the house was roomy and comfortable despite the issues we had. (Just a heads up- the bathroom on the first floor is in the main bedroom, so you have to walk through someone's room to enter.)
Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to town. Kitchen well stocked. Clean and simple decor. Nice for relaxing. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Brevard.
