Two Bedroom Two and Half Bath Home - Steps from the Beach - Pet Friendly

Wonderful property with the beach at the end of the block. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The house was generously stocked with all supplies such as toilet tissue and dishwasher soap. There was a washer and dryer in the unit that came in handy during our stay, and laundry soap and dryer sheets were generously provided. The shower was HUGE and two shower heads were nice! Morgan was an amazing host - very helpful and friendly. He was easy to contact and responded quickly to all correspondence. I highly recommend this property. If we return to St. Augustine, we will stay here again if it is available.

This was a better choice for us than a 'suite' hotel, plus we have a dog. It is spacious, has a separate entrance, is ocean block and is upper level. The space itself is well furnished, comfortable, and spotless. Morgan was a great host, meeting us, explaining what we needed to know, and responsive. The beach here is great, the location is convenient, the property & amenities better than a large commercial alternative.

This was our second time in two years staying at this wonderful place. All the comforts of home, short walk to beach access, and quick drive to historic St. Augustine. Morgan is a fantastic host who is very responsive to any questions. Looking forward to another visit!

The place was perfect for our stay with our pup. We walked to get coffee every morning and it was just down the street from the beach entrance....very convenient. The space was very open and large for a 1/1.5. Host was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is clean and inviting. We stayed upstairs and it was a very roomy 1 bedroom with a large fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, 2 bathrooms and our own deck. We were in town on a difficult mission to help out an elderly aunt and the rental was just the escape we needed. Clean and relaxing. Morgan, the property manager could not have been nicer or more responsive. A great place! Our only negative was it’s right on A1A and our dog got out. It could have been a disaster. The place being pet friendly was really great, though, and there were no traces that pets were allowed. Only a few houses away from a beautiful beach. Excellent place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, almost five weeks long. Literally everything was easy and hassle free. The host welcomed us the first day and after that was immediately responsive to our questions and a special request. The upper level of this house felt spacious and struck the right balance of chic/beachy. The deck was bright and breezy and even tho busy rtA1A is right there, it was fun to be up above the walkers and any traffic (mostly cars) with a beverage in hand. The kitchen and laundry had everything you would need to function as you would at home. There were plenty of towels and linens are provided. The large downstairs hallway was great for leaving luggage, jackets and sandy shoes. The road dead-ends at the beach access- only five houses down the street. The beach is gorgeous and starts with a wide swathe of dunes then a wide soft, white sand to the shore. It’s only five miles to historic area so we visited several times to tour, eat or just stroll. We loved it. As for eating, our standouts were Columbia, MoJo BBQ and Funkedelic Food Truck. There were plenty of places to hike as well, all less than 15 miles from E St. Location. (Moses Creek, Washington Oaks, Anastasia State Park) This place really checked all the boxes, from the nice accommodations to the general area and the multitude of things it had to offer. We plan to visit a new place every year, but if we were to make a repeat visit, this would be the place. Highly recommended.

House is just as pictured and is close to a lot of restaurants and activities. Short 3 min walk to get on the beach!

This property was perfect for our getaway! It was five days of all the comforts of home with a laid back beach lifestyle. The beach is just at the end of the street for easy access anytime day or night. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance and downtown St. Augustine is just a short drive away. Morgan was fabulous to work with and was very welcoming and responsive. Truly a great place and looking forward to staying here again!
