Two Bedroom home near UGA - with newly renovated floors!!

Super convenient to UGA campus and perfect quiet spot to relax.

The property was clean and served our needs. The beds are VERY firm which made for difficulty sleeping. The bathroom could use some additional lighting. The refrigerator is very small but worked well. Overall, the location is great and very close to just about anything one might need or desire. If the owner were to put foam mattress toppers on the beds and have a larger refrigerator, it would become my go-to any time I was going to be in the area.

Great space. Plenty of room to spread out. Conveniently located. Very clean! Great amenities! We lacked nothing for our stay. Will definitely stay again if we get to come back to Athens.

Let me first start with, I probably didn't do enough research first. This place wasn't what we were expecting & some of our concerns may not bother you at all! The entry to the place is around the back of the house. You must drive through a fenced in area to get down to it and then you park in the grass/dirt. The fence is an annoyance as you have to manually open & close both gates. Not fun when it's 28° outside and/or when you're rushing to get somewhere. When I stayed, the lawn was more dirt than grass & we had to be careful before entering the residence. I was expecting an actual kitchen, unfortuantely there is a cube refrigerator, small microwave, & an old-school (albeit nice) coffee maker. There is only one sink in the place, the bathroom sink & no dish soap to be found, so no good place to clean dishes. On a good note, there was a bag of Starbucks coffee grounds, lots of disposable cutlery/plates/etc available. There is a stairwell leading to a door into the main house. There is no way for you as a renter to lock the door. The living room area has outdated furniture, which I could care less about. Except there were pieces of wood under the seat cushions of one & it didn't feel good when I sat down on the edge of one piece. The TV was small, but my kids just sat on the floor in front of it so it fit the bill. The dining table was suffice to seat 4 & eat comfortably. Bedrooms were good. The towels were very nice! There was no thermostat, problematic for some.

The apartment was spotless but it was noisy when the owners who lived upstairs walked around. I was awakened by the noise. I would likely stay again though as it was convenient to my son's house.

Clean, quiet. No real kitchen. Small fridge. Microwave. Toaster oven and coffee maker. Sink in kitchen area had no hot water. Basement apartment accessed from lower level rear. Single large bath shared by both bedrooms. However, very clean and well kept. Very well priced. Groceries and gas very close.

Host was super nice. Yard was fenced. It was everything we needed.

Good location and host was great.

Rental was nice and clean and very comfortable…only downside is that I don’t remember it being made clear from the jump that this was a basement apt and not actually a whole house. I feel like the description was a little misleading other than that. Rental is in a good location close to plenty of shopping and food. Parking was perfect as well

It was an amazing place for us for our college visit and game! Absolutely perfect. Absolutely would stay there again!

I was very impressed with how clean the Vrbo was and the set up worked great for us and the other couple. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family staying in that area.

Quiet neighborhood

Great place to stay for an overnighter or weekend if traveling alone or as a couple.

We stayed for two nights. We were out at day time and only spent the nights there. It's a convenient location with lots of fast food restaurants nearby. Feels safe and quiet at night.

We have stayed here twice and have enjoyed it both times. It has plenty of space with comfortable beds. We plan on staying here again.

This place is roomy and located in a nice neighborhood. The bedrooms are big with lots of space to put your stuff. The owner responded right away when we requested something. The kitchen is limited, but it has a sink and a rather small fridge and microwave, also makings for coffee and tea. Some paper products were there too. Just be aware that the sink has limited space. The plug-in air freshener smelled strong to my sensitive nose, so I unplugged it. Also, beware of the entrance walking in; it steps down just a little bit. Very nice overall, with comfortable beds.

It was a very comfy stay. Being a bottom floor apartment of a house you could hear the owner moving around upstairs.

The location to downtown Athens was great, very easy to get to. Very cute, quiet neighborhood. The owner thought of everything a guest would need. Would definitely stay there again!

This is an expansive basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to the veterinary school where I was working and near a grocery store. The woman who lives upstairs is very nice. She was gracious and helpful in dealing with a mix-up in communication about when I was to arrive. There is also off street parking which is nice. There is no real kitchen which may be a selling point for some, but an issue for those who are staying long term and want to cook.
