Stayed Mar 25, 2026The property was cheerful and bright. The floors were very slippery for my dog. Runners in the hall way and bedroom would have helped. I used the bathroom rugs in those locations so she could walk. She literally could not get a grip otherwise. The front azelea was goregous.

Stayed Feb 26, 2026Diana was more than welcoming and very easy to work with even though we changed our plans and added another day to our stay. The house was very clean and stocked with all the household goods needed. It is comfortable and surrounded by trees in the backyard.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024The house was absolutely adorable. I loved the decor and the bright colors and appreciated that there was a big back yard. The coffee station was a plus as well. Unfortunately I came down with a little bug while I was there and the weather didn’t quite cooperate so I was not able to enjoy it as much as I wanted.

Stayed Dec 20, 2024My spouse and I and our dog Duke booked the property as a short getaway to view and photograph the trumpeter swans that spend the winter months in the Heber Springs area. We were looking for a property that would welcome our 16-year-old Lab mix, and the home and grounds were perfect for that. The swans are magnificent. We plan to stay again next winter.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024This is a very cute house. It’s very clean. There were lots of extra towels, blankets and pillows. The living room has an L-shaped couch and comfy chair so there was plenty of seating. The shower has good water pressure. We did have difficulty getting a tv to work and the host was responsive right away. We received a phone call from the host and got the tv going quickly. The property is large which was nice when walking our dogs outside. One morning we saw about a dozen deer in the backyard. The property is in a good location. We were only a couple miles from Sugarloaf Mountain and not far from Bridal Falls. It’s also close to Heber Springs. We enjoyed our stay and the house was great as were the very responsive hosts.

Stayed Jun 2, 2024My wife and I loved this home. It was cozy, well stocked, and truly made us feel at home. Our only complaint was that we had to leave so soon!
