This 1990’s era manufactured home has been totally renovated to create a clean, comfortable, functional and attractive place to spend a vacation. The interior is a delight, but there are great outdoor spaces as well. There's a covered back porch, a patio for grilling, a deck with a hot tub overlooking The Little Red River, and a dock on the river. It feels like it's away from it all, but it's within 15 minutes of Greer's Ferry Lake and the town of Heber Springs.

Stayed Oct 27, 2025This was our 3rd time to visit. It's a great place. The only change that needs to be made is,PLEASE get curtains for hot tub! We've wanted to use it really bad, but was NOT wanting neighbors and people on the river watching!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024We had a blast staying at this VRBO. So many advantages to staying here. Hot tub, deck to fish off, the view is beautiful in the backyard. The hosts are very accommodating and thoughtful. Will hopefully get to stay here again in the future.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024Very clean and welcoming. Beautiful place on the river . Perfect for fishing and kayaking was so much fun and the hot tub was amazing. Love the bird feeders made for a peaceful time watching all the different birds . Just a really nice place and feel like we lucked out and so thankful for the time with family
