This beach bungalow is ideal for a stress-free vacation! Located in a quirky, fun coastal neighborhood, you are paces away from the beach. Taking my morning coffee to have a quiet moment on the sand and listen to the waves was a standard way to start my day. The hosts have created a clean, uncluttered, comfortable and stylish place to relax and make some great memories.

I have stayed here before and it’s a sweet little place. David was responsive anytime I needed to ask him something. There’s nothing like staying in the Lanes and I’ve been doing so for almost 30 years.My only suggestions for this bungalow would be to have another hose on back patio (since the one hose is hooked up to the outdoor shower) and I wasn’t able to hose down the area when I needed to. The other suggestion would be to replace the dining area chair pads, They are completely soiled and take away from the overall cleanliness of this, otherwise, great little place. I will rent this bungalow again if it’s available during the dates I need!

We stayed here with our 3 kids (15, 11, and 6), and we had such a great time! We were able to cook meals and bring home takeout, very short walk to the beach, plenty of space at the table to play games and eat, room to lounge and talk in between beach visits. Highly recommend! We would definitely stay here again. :)

David’s rental was the best I’ve stayed in. It was extremely comfortable, spacious and so well equipped. The beds, pillows and linens were fabulous and there were a plethora of towels, beach toys and other amenities that were huge hits for my family of 6. We walked to get coffee and donuts every day and the grocery store is just as close. We absolutely enjoyed every second of it.

Fabulous location, minutes from a chill beach that wasn't super busy even on the weekends. Had lifeguards watching out for us. The dogs loved getting to come on vacation with us.

This property was absolutely perfect for our visit to Channel Islands. The owner was so helpful and communicated promptly with any questions I had. The kids loved walking down to the beach and riding bikes around town. The location was convenient for all of our needs - whether a quick trip for ice cream, a grocery store, or out for dinner! I would highly recommend this property!

My daughter and I had a wonderful beach vacation in Ventura. The house was small and perfect. It had everything we needed. Parking was easy, the beach just a 2 minute walk. We loved the bikes and the beautiful California weather. Brian was a lovely host and very helpful.

The house was fantastic we truly enjoyed being back in my old neighborhood. We did some evening beach walks, watched sunsets. We definitely would rent this again. House was Clean and provided items we needed. Owner was great at responding. Till next time, thank you. We’ll be back

Very close to the beach, great location. One block away from a few shops and restaurants. We stayed there over Christmas and we would very much like to come back in the summer to enjoy the patio!

So close to the beach, and to the best of Ventura! This place offers more than location- the play room in the garage was a wonderful treat for the 3 and 6 year olds! I highly recommend this place!

The location was ideal and the bed comfortable. The only problem we had was with Spectrum TV. We would like to make this a place we stay a couple times a year and hopefully with some incentive.
