Twin Oaks: Historic Gem Mins to Beach & Downtown, Walk to Local Eats & Coffee

What a lovely day this was! We were so comfortable, even in the freezing weather we had the week we visited. Everything we needed was in this sweet cottage, the location was outstanding to get to restaurants and take a walk to look out of the water. Susan was a lovely and accommodating host. If we’re back in Pensacola, will stay there again! Many thanks.

We had at a delighted stay at Twin Oaks cottage Pensacola. From the moment we walked in the front door we knew we would have a wonderful four weeks here. The décor was lovely throughout and each room well equipped. The kitchen had everything one would need for cook meals from breakfast to dinner. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens supplied were plentiful. The cottage has great sitting areas both indoors and outside - one never felt confined. The host responded quickly re any queries. The cottage has useful and interesting information provided.We highly recommend Twin Oaks.

We loved the house; the kitchen, living room, bedrooms and the backyard. This was a great two weeks vacation. We loved it so much we already booked it again for next year. Love, this place!

It's a lovely little cottage that is only a couple of minutes drive from downtown or the beach. There's a little grocery store in biking distance down the street. We found it to be a very relaxing and quiet place.

Cozy clean 1940s updated home

Our stay was wonderful and the cottage is a great place. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has it all if you really want to cook. Back porch and coffee bar convenient and nice place to read your morning paper. Outside is pretty but it was the hottest week of the year so not used all that much.

This was our first vacation with our baby! The house was in a nice location, easily accessible, & so clean! It’s such a nice spot & a reasonable price for the location/season. Highly recommend to stay here! If we are ever in Pensacola again, this will be a top pick!

We had a great stay at the coastal cottage! It is in a great location and Susan was very helpful and responsive! Susan has thought of everything for this property and that helped make our stay smooth! We will definitely stay again in future trips! A plus is that the porch and backyard are beautiful, there were even a few occasions where we spotted blue jays & cardinals!

Perfect fit for our family of 4. Great area with local restaurants, quiet, and a great driveway that provides lots of shaded parking, huge plus.

My spouse and I stayed here for a romantic getaway, and it couldn’t have been better. The location is perfect—close to everything in Pensacola, yet just far enough from the busy beach to feel peaceful.The home was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with a modern, elegant style and a bit of fun flair (we especially loved the Marie Antoinette portrait!). It had everything we needed, from a full kitchen to a charming coffee and tea nook, plus relaxing spots to sit out front and in the backyard.The host was friendly, responsive, and provided a thoughtful guide with local info and history. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Pensacola area.

We had a last minute quick trip for a cheer competition. This place was excellent! It was very close to the venue and close enough for us to go visit the beach in our few spare moments! Have already recommended this place to a few friends!

Twin Oaks Cottage was truly perfect. The accommodations were exactly as promised and more than expected. We were delighted by the beautifully appointed decor, all of the amenities, and the hospitality. I highly recommend this home to anyone staying for any length of time. Perfect for my quick getaway! Quiet neighborhood, charming cottage, excellent amenities, spotless and clean with inviting personality. Lots of natural light, but also was pleased by the light-dimming option for all lamps and overhead lighting. Easy communication with owner & instructions provided, as well. Would return, MOST DEFINITELY!

The home is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Its in a nice neighborhood and the outside yard is welcoming as you pull in. The open concept of the living room, dining and kitchen is modern and inviting. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is like walking into a spa. We loved the coffee bar and bistro table to enjoy our morning cup of java. The backyard allows you privacy and a place to sit and realax outdoors. Susan has provided everything you would need during your stay. Our time was peaceful and refreshing. Susan went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our visit. This place is 5 Stars, I hive it my highest recommendation as I'm sure you will be happy to stay here as well.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming cottage! The home itself was immaculate and filled with natural light, making it a bright and welcoming space. The beautiful backyard was a highlight for us, providing a serene place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding area. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the exceptional hospitality of Susan, the property manager. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even finding us a cooler to use during our vacation, which was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated. She also helped us out by working with us to stay an additional day on short notice. The location of the cottage is perfect, just a short distance from the beach. It made our beach trips so convenient, allowing us to enjoy the sun and surf without any hassle. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful and delightful getaway. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!

This cottage was located in an area that has easy access to the beaches in Pensacola, Navarre and only about an hours drive into Destin. So cute and beautifully decorated. Very clean!!! My only suggestion would be softer bed linens and possibly a memory foam topper to make the mattresses more comfortable. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. We had a great time !
