Family gathering with room to spread out - nice yard with mature trees. Only negative was we were unaware there is no air conditioning-but that’s on us because we didn’t ask. Loved being able to walk to the dock and get ice cream.
There were eight of us who are cousins and do an annual get together. We so enjoyed the home and everyone had the space needed to have a great time. We brought corn hole and enjoyed the outdoor setting. It was easy to go to town for food and add golf to our weekend. Highly recommend!
My husband and two kids stayed at the Chalet for a month. The home is perfectly situated near the Southworth ferry and minutes from Port Orchard. The 3 bedrooms were great for my family of 4. We even used the futon in the office when we had an extra guest for a couple nights. I recommend only putting a child on the futon, as it’s not very comfortable for an adult. Try to arrive in the daylight, as it may be difficult to find at night. We had a few hiccups (as one might expect during such a long stay), but the owners were very responsive in addressing our concerns. We would absolutely stay again.
