3. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
4. A Peloton bike and treadmill are available for guest use. Please note that you will need your own Peloton account and subscription to access classes. Operational condition of the bike and treadmill cannot be guaranteed.
5. The Palisades Subdivision is brand new. Neighboring parcels may be under construction. Some noise/nuisance is anticipated.
