Family reunion at “Tween Waters” was amazing! Everything was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We had three toddlers, there is one pack and play at the house so that was helpful. Also, there are 2 or 3 baby gates.There are 2 laundry rooms and the dryer works better if you leave the door to those rooms open when in use. There is an ice machine in the upstairs kitchen but I suggest emptying it out a little bit every day to keep the ice from spilling out when you open it. The floor can get slippery if it’s wet. We only had to communicate with the hostess one time because we were unclear on the door locks. She was very sweet and we had no other problems after that.There are plenty of outdoor chairs that are really nice upstairs & down.The view is beautiful from every window! The beaches are private for the most part, we had quite a bit of kelp, but that’s because of the time of the year and was to be expected. There are lots of sandbars that you can swim out to, and the kids had a great time! Don’t worry about bringing chairs or beach toys because the garage has a plethora of both.As for shopping, I didn’t go shopping because I didn’t go there to shop. I went there to beach. We had groceries delivered twice from Walmart and that was awesome. There are grocery stores pretty close though. The 1st night there we called ahead to Rouses and ordered seafood boil dinners for 16 at 21 apiece and it was very good. We loved this house and hope to visit again someday.

Beautiful house with plenty of room for our big extended family! Right on the beach and the the neighborhood pool was a big bonus on the windy days!

Panoramic ocean view. Family friendly. Lots of space. Couldn’t wait to go outside and choose a porch to sit at. Everything anyone could want. Loved it all

Great location. Really enjoyed all the windows on both living floors. Also, the two living areas worked great for our daughter's young family being on the bottom floor. Some minor fixes could be done on some things, but really not an issue. Liked that most of the furniture was livable and kid friendly especially at the beach. Lots of beach stuff available which was much appreciated. Patio furniture was in great shop. Would definitely recommend this beach house.

Our family of 15 spent the week here and we loved it. We go to the Gulf as a group every other year, and are always looking for a place to meet our needs/wants. The bedrooms accommodated us all, though the odd layout does take getting used to. The beds are comfortable. We loved all the outdoor seating options. We really enjoyed the quiet location and private beach. This is the first time that we’ve rented a house without a private pool, and the community pool worked out well. It’s just a minute walk away, and the kids are old enough now to be okay without close supervision. A bonus that we didn’t expect is that the neighborhood has a nature walk with a boardwalk and pier into the lagoon. We enjoyed fishing here. Andrea communicated very well and was helpful with any questions I had. I would love to stay here again.

Great place to stay. Had 9 adults with 4 children and had lots of room. Private and peaceful, don’t have to fight for your own view of the ocean because it has its own beach. The beach and home were beautiful. The pool was great and just a 1 minute walk. Owners were easy to work with and very responsive.

Nice location nice neighborhood overall nice house. I think it just needed a deep clean. The kitchen drawers were kind of dirty and disorganized and a couple of the kitchen cabinet doors look like they were gonna fall off. Overall, everyone had a good day thank you for sharing your property with us.

Tween Waters is the PERFECT beach house. It is so thoughtfully furnished, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located that you will find it hard to leave.

We were amazed as we walked into the property. It is truly as gorgeous as the pictures show and description was exactly what we experienced. We were able to eat most all meals around the big dining room and loved the convenience of walking right out to the beach The garage was loaded with beach toys and games. So many great family memories made.
