Stayed Apr 9, 2026The owner is amazing - the road to the town was affected by weather and she had already called for us to get a hotel as the road was closed. When we arrived she was there and welcomed us and talked about the island, local foods and she is indeed Hawaiian and we enjoyed her stories and info. The house is in SUPER location - you could not ask for a better location. Walk to the beach w/ a surf board (no problem). The backyard is large and well maintained. There was a basket with local fruit when we arrived. The house is well stocked w/ any basic needs and super clean. We LOVED the outside shower which is great when coming from the beach. Honestly we loved the entire process, the owners are wonderful. We'd love to come back someday.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025Cathy and Glenn’s home was everything we hoped for and more. We loved this home, it was spacious and in an absolutely fantastic location - walking distance from both Hanalei beach and also the town with amazing food trucks and groceries and two farmers markets! Cathy and Glenn were lovely and responsive hosts. If we are lucky enough to return to Kauai, we hope to be able to stay here again.

Stayed Sep 9, 2024I stayed here for 11 days with my wife and her sister. The photos of the property don't do it justice and the location is great for all things Hanalei. Everything we needed for our vacation was already here. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware I needed and more. Plenty of beach gear was available for use and its just a couple minutes walk to the beautiful waterline. I met and spoke with Glen a few times and he was very welcoming and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book it again.
