Stayed Sep 22, 2025Floors were horribly dirty. Bottoms of our feet were black. White socks were ruined. Keurig on 2nd floor did not work nor did the microwave above the oven. Called maintenance. Never showed up. Everything else was great!

Stayed Apr 3, 2025We had 21 of us in the house. The set up was perfect! Loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. Loved how close to the beach it was. Plenty of parking. Our only issue was we paid extra for the pool to be heated and we had to call daily for the first half of our trip because the pool heat was not working. Also we ended up bringing our own garbage down to the curb because no one did it for us as stated in our instructions.

Stayed Nov 24, 2024This place fit our family better than any place we’ve had before. 20 of us do this every Thanksgiving and everyone thought this place was best. Loved each rooom having own bath. Also kitchen was hands down most furnished we’ve ever had. Separate ice machines on each floor was a great touch! Would definitely stay here in future! Highly recommend!

Reviewer Comments: This was my first opportunity to stay at Tuxedo Flats as it was a large house to take care of my family and with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was perfect with close proximity to the beach access and close to town. I do have a couple of issues with the property, two of the TV’s did not work and the floors were in desperate need of a deep cleaning as they would leave the bottoms of your feet dirty. Lastly the pool was not heated which was unfortunate given the cool nights. Exterior could use some freshening up.

Ice maker on ist floor needed a new pump so it didn't work. Otherwise, nice house and great location.
