The ground floor (80m2), part of a traditionally styled country house recently updated with modern comforts, air conditioning and WiFi, is perfect for 4 guests (two bedrooms) and can welcome up to 6 guests (bed couch in living room). The first floor is not rented and remains unoccupied for your complete comfortduring your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. The living and dining room (27m2) separated by a stone arch, opens directly onto the south-facing garden and nature, which changes color throughout the day, with olive groves on the fully fenced property, cypress and pine trees on the picturesque horizon.

The private swimming pool (9x5m2) offers a refreshing escape with views over the Tuscan countryside and promises beautiful sunsets. The garden is an oasis of tranquillity. The 40m2 terrace is the perfect place to relax or enjoy an aperitif or dinner with a barbecue area (gas).
