Pick up a few burgers at the grocery store and throw them on the charcoal grill for an easy summer cookout!

Walk into the spacious great room with comfortable furniture, nautical touches and plenty of natural light shining in through the large windows and sliding deck doors. The living area is situated around a 60” Large Screen TV/DVD making it easy for everyone to gather together for a family movie night. Both beginner and experienced chefs alike will appreciate the gourmet kitchen with beautiful white cabinets, black countertops, modern stainless-steel appliances, dual sinks and a wine cooler. The kitchen bar seats 3—perfect for a quick snack! When it comes time for a formal sit-down family dinner, there is additional seating in the adjoining dining area for 6-8. The dining area also features access to the sun deck with a picnic table for dining outdoors on those cool, summer evenings. For a view of the Atlantic, climb up to the Oceanview Crow's Nest with built-in seating.

A third Queen Bedroom also has deck access and takes on a light and fun approach with coral-colored walls and decor. The final bedroom contains 2 Twin Beds featuring a Pirate ship theme that the kids are sure to love! Each bathroom is also decorated featuring a single vanity, large mirror, cabinet for storage and a nautical shower curtain for the tub/shower combo.
