Stair accessto the beach is located just south of the house if you are unable to walk down the dune (see picture).

Please be aware that during certain times of the year, no-see-ums can be prevalent, so consider using insect repellent to ensure a comfortable stay.

Check in was easy, house was spotless and first row house right on the beach. Garage was packed with umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, everything we needed to have a great time. We got to see so many sea turtles swimming around, and almost got bumped into by two turtles mating. We were looking for a quiet place to hang out and do nothing by the beach, and this place was all that and more. Loved it. Would definitely stay again.

The Beach House was perfect for us. The house is adorable with so many extra thoughtful details. We packed so much that we didn't even need because they thought of everything to make the stay easy and comfortable! The view and beach access is awesome! We enjoyed absolutely everything and can't wait to go back

The house is a perfect little ranch with a great view of water . To get down to the beach is ok but if can't walk down sand, very convenient steps just next door. The owners were very quick to address any issues we had and are great people. We were lucky to find such a great place to spend our month on Melbourne Island.

My wife and I, along with my sister and niece, LOVED Jeff's beautifully appointed beach cottage. It was immaculate upon our arrival and check-in was super simple. We loved the Caribbean/beachy colors that ran as a theme throughout and all the little touches that made us feel appreciated. Plus, let's not forget you can walk out the back door, across the patio and right onto the beach!!! So nice to be able to look our any window and see the ocean waves rolling in. Communication with Jeff was excellent! He was so good at quickly answering any questions we had which for me is so important. This is a place I would recommend without any reservation and would LOVE to stay there again in the near future!

Great location- right on the beach! Great communication. Super easy check in and check out. House was extremely clean and well stocked. Just is extremely thoughtful. We would stay again- no questions asked.
