Turn of Century historic home DOWNTOWN NAPA sleeps 8

The property was lovely and the owners were easy to work with. We did have a disgruntled neighbor confront us briefly about garbage removal, but the dispute was quickly resolved.

House was great! Very clean and welcoming. Quaint old house! Plenty of room for 5 adult family members. Everyone had their own room. The house was located in a great location for getting to downtown Napa. Nice comfy beds! Would definitely stay there again!

This was a perfect location for our stay in Napa. Walking distance (about 20 min) to the downtown Napa area. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had seven adults in our party, so with the inclusion of the detached cottage in the rear we had plenty of beds. The two guest bedrooms in the main house do share a bathroom. The master bedroom in the main house has a nice size bathroom with a huge shower. The kitchen was well equipped with a combination drip coffee/Keurig and even had coffee available. We didn’t cook there but there seemed to be plenty of kitchen items if we had, including an air fryer. There is no ice maker in the refrigerator but there were ice trays available. We had a small issue with the HVAC system on our first night, but Amy was quick to get the problem resolved. I would recommend this location and would definitely stay there again.

Great house and great location!

We had an excellent stay at our home in Napa. It was clean, well appointed, and the hostess was great. We had everything we needed to help make our stay very enjoyable. The house is cute, well maintained, and the little guest cottage in the back was just perfect for our needs.

The accommodations were ideal for our family of 8! Very comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, great living space for hanging out. The kitchen was nicely supplied and allowed us to eat some of our meals at the house. The house was within walking distance to downtown (a 20 min walk through residential areas). Lots of great restaurants in downtown Napa! We would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

Wonderful historic home located a short 15 minute walk to downtown Napa. Bedrooms are very comfortable as is the main living area where the kitchen, dining table and living room areas are all together. Well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Back yard is private with nice seating arrangement with back deck and side/front porch. Will definitely stay again.

The location and the house was perfect

Our house was roomy, well appointed, in a lovely neighborhood that was easily walkable and close to the dining and shopping areas of downtown Napa. It was clean and we loved being able to wind down after tastings and hiking. Very enjoyable!

This property is walking distance (1+ mile) from downtown Napa and all of its shops and restaurants. The beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms are well equipped, as is the kitchen. We also utilized the back cottage, and it was great as well. While the neighborhood isn’t “fancy”, it is quiet and cute. This really was the perfect place to stay for our group!

Loved this house, loved the beds, location, kitchen and little yard. One of our party was elderly-a bannister or hand rail leading up the front door steps was the only thing we wished for!

Fantastic place

This house was perfect for our birthday celebration. There were 6 adults that stayed. Plenty of stocked bathrooms. Towels, shampoos, lotions...The outside gardens and table setting on the patio was gorgeous. Absolutely 0 complaints. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house with us.

The five of us who stayed here really enjoyed the property. Having the main house and cottage gave us plenty of room to spread out. The location was close enough to downtown to walk or a quick Uber in. Also close to the main highway for getting around to the wineries. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed and we loved the dual single cup/pot coffee maker. And the snack basket was an extra bonus! We would definitely recommend the property.

Location is about a 15-20 walk to downtown Napa. Quiet, safe and beautiful. We had a great stay and would definitely come back again.

It looks a bit small from the street; but this is a large home. Fabulous back yard; quiet neighborhood. Huge master suite and bath. Very comfortable new king-size bed. It suited my needs quite well. I’d stay again!

Our stay with you will always be a special part of our family history. Our son proposed to his girlfriend at a vineyard in Napa. This property was beautiful, cozy, warm, inviting, and had absolutely everything we needed. We can't thank you enough for welcoming us to your home away from our home!

We can't say enough great things about the host and the home! The main living area and kitchen were the perfect indoor place for all of us to hang out together. There were three outdoor places for hanging out as well providing both shade and sun. The host went above and beyond to make sure the home was guest ready from a basket of sweet and salty snacks on arrival, coffee pods and creamers, robes in the all the rooms and extra bathroom and shower amenities. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood and was an easy walk or drive into downtown Napa. We will stay here if we are lucky enough to return to Napa in the future.

4 sisters stayed. We loved being able to have our own room. House was very comfortable and tha back yard is lovely for al fresco dining.
