Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a wonderful vineyard property, set back from a country road. House is 10 minutes from the restaurants in Yountville and 10 minutes from Whole Foods, Trader Joe's etc. Beautiful grounds (loved the fruit trees) and large pool; lots of room for family and friends and the kids loved the pool, the basketball court, the bocce ball court, playing catch on the lawn and all of the other amusements. House is very well appointed and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Ted is a very responsive host and easy to work with. If you want a quintessential Napa Valley experience (morning coffee on the deck while looking out to working vineyards, walking to the neighboring winery to procure more Rosato in the heat of a summer afternoon), we highly recommend this property.
